Sandwich was good, but prepare to be stolen from because I got charged for add ons, and guess what, when my sandwich was delivered none of the adds I ordered were on the sandwich. Oh well, I guess I can’t cry over having $1.80 stolen from me, just won’t order from this location again.

Orders 2 giant vito#5 combos with pickle chips cookie and drink 45 dollars went to pick it up and got home discovered they forgot my chips so I called them they said they would deliver them so I also ordered 2 brownies and gave a 7 dollar delivery tip even though it was their fault so they took 45 minutes to deliver 3 chips 2 brownies the next street over and charged me 17 dollars for their mistake them they delivered the wrong chips they should refund me my 50+ dollars the subs was not made the way the orders was requested I’m gonna request my money back

I mostly order delivery but have waited over an hour bc my food was delivered somewhere else. Ordered pick up today and half my sandwich fell apart in the bag and I had to go inside to ask for the pasta dish. They offered to remake my sandwich but I didn’t care enough. At least all the ingredients made it in the bag I was more concerned for my missing pasta dish I paid almost $3 for

EDIT:had the option of free desert. Picked a brownie with no charge but wouldnt place the order. Picked a cookie and it went through but suddenly I was paying $3 more.
Food arrived with no chips. They offered a $5 credit I told them no because I’ve done that before and they never honored the credit. Huge reason I’ve started picking up my orders when I can.
Corporate reached out and did nothing to help. Fix your online system and employees need to pay attention. Otherwise you’re sending your driver’s out for your own mistakes.

Tips are something that a customer has a right to give and shouldn’t be forced to give..
However after looking for my receipt and and calling JJ to complain..
I noticed where the person who took my order decided to circle the paragraph about the tips SMH..
Mind you I’m calling these folk because I went in my livingroom and waited for them to knock or ring my doorbell to hear and open the door but they never did.
They just set my sandwich on the open front porch stairs “SMH”
If they would have rung the door bell or knock I had a tip to give.
I wasn’t able to give the lady a tip the last two times I didn’t have cash on hand..
The part that really irritates me is after seeing that they circle the tip paragraph and left my food on the porch let me know that they did that because I didn’t write a tip on my order.
Or they felling like this particular address don’t tip..

Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. Super disappointing when you expect “freaky fast”. Should probably encourage following the standards that are supposed to be in place for excellence and consistency among all stores.
