I come to this location because it’s close to my house. There’s usually an older guy in there by himself. He’s always nice and polite… The last few times I have been there he wasn’t there. The person who was working there today had it looking CRAZY!!!! As soon as I walked thru the front door there was a young lady with open sores all over her legs charging her cellphone. Another gentleman was asleep at the table, with yet another woman sitting at a table with all of her belongings scattered about. Not to mention the red nose pit that was standing guard by the door. I felt unsafe and I wasn’t sure if the young man behind the counter that was making the sandwiches was with the riff Raff or not. He looked like he was. I don’t know if I will ever be back there…. Smh

Will never go back to this place! Woman behind the counter said she was the owner ! lol and she was very rude , throughout the whole experience! The food was nasty ! All the trays holding add on items look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while , I hope Me and my disabled dad don’t get sick !! I have Never left a review for anything before, I could Not just let this one slide !! I really Should have refused the order ! ! Hope yall have a better experience than I did !!

I ordered a cold cut sandwich with a little bit of mayonnaise and mustard with cucumbers lettuce tomatoes pickles and banana peppers I guess this is what we get for being the last customer of the night it looks like they threw it together just the opposite of the way I wanted it not to mention the attitudes they had while making a sandwich and unfortunately now they are closed so now I cannot even have them remake the sandwich for me so I will be finding something else for dinner thanks for a waste of time and a waste of money I will not be using this establishment ever again. We visited a subway #28696 sunday at 11am and the employee(lady) was with her legs on a chair and was upset because we enter the store with horrible and rude atittude! On top of that we paid for 2 footlong $24.69 when I asked her for the chips her answered was No” when there is an offer for $6.99 and for $3 more make it footlong!!! Including drink and chips. She is sooo rude and her service is very poor! Now I understand why this restaurant is empty must of the time. This chain is hiring anybody and not supervising their employees!!! Not going back again!!!

2nd time in last week I went to this Subway,
Last time no black olives, employee said backorders, I laughed. Turned out the owner was bringing 2 heads of lettuce and confirmed the black olives on back order, so I suggested she go buy a large can from Sans or Walmart, take care of your customers…she said thank you for the suggestion she would go get some for her store…NOT…. WENT BACK TODAY ZERO STILL, so much for customers ..I assure you I will ot return to this location ever..
Clean up store, fix rest room, and fix soda ice machine….terrible store.

Asked for a kids meal and she gave us a 6inch because she didn’t have the bread then chose to charge me for a 6 inch even though I asked for a kids. Tried to smile like she was getting away with something.

I showed a coupon to the worker who waited on me twice before she rang me up -for the full price. I reminded her about the coupon and she said ” No, it can’t be used as it’s already paid.” She apologized and asked if I wanted an extra sandwich and I asked if it’d be for free. She said ” No, I could use the coupon. ” That would’ve caused me to spend more money. She didn’t offer a free drink,cookie,or anything. She just said to come back and use the coupon. Also,their drink dispenser was out of at least one drink.

I have kept coming back to this location because it’s really close to my house. There’s only one guy that works here that is friendly. He’s always by himself but stays positive. They’re always out of stuff, and make your life very difficult. I ordered online and when I came to pick up they had the lobby closed and only the drive-thru open. I had to sit in line for about 15 minutes behind two other cars while my food sat there and got cold. Then, when I finally got to speak to the person at the window, they told me they don’t carry pizza that I ordered on their website. No phone call, just waited till I got there and told me This will be my last trip to this location. Just some advice, there’s a much better one about 2 mi up the road, worth the trip.
