Stopped on our way through town. 100% worth it and I’ll make a point of stopping next time I pass through. The ribs and tri-tip were fantastic, the BBQ potato is not to be missed, and the Caesar salad was a perfect balance to the sweet & vinegary sauce. But the best part was the baked beans… I usually am not a fan, but I would come back for the beans! Also, no gluten in the sauces or rub, so safe for those of us who are sensitive.

Baked beans are to die for!! Awesome BBQ!!! BBQ potatoes were fabulous and the service was fast and really friendly. We had Country pork ribs and Tri-tip. Both were juicy, mouth-watering good with two kinds of sauce that would be great fun to just eat!

Stopped in Redding for lunch on the way back from fly fishing camp. Saw the name Fat Daddy’s and it sounded good. Man the pulled pork sandwich was better than most in Texas. Great food, great man with an awesome beard behind the counter, cool atmosphere and short wait for food. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area.

If I could give ten stars I would, if u want some fall off the bone meat this is were to come, very reasonable price! Yum . I can’t believe we got this much for what we paid. Definitely coming back! The gentleman working was amazing, my son and me were outside and he threw up the guy was sweetest gave us plastic bags and wet towels. Amazing service amazing food I would recommend everyone to come here!!
