I love that they actually listen to your requests. I ordered a large matcha latte with no ice. They gave me no ice. I have been to a few Dunkin’ Donut stores around new jersey and every one of those stores has given me ice. This store was awesome. The donut was quite nice and a good size portion.

The employee on duty shorted me when giving me my change. When I called it to his attention he stated it’s a few pennies and I don’t have any. I told him that because he is working for a million dollar corporation. It is the business, not the customer. That should take the loss. He did come up with the change but I will not be returning as this is the second time this store has attempted to not give me correct change. It was only a few cents with me but if they do this continually all day everyday over days, weeks and months they are raking in huge amounts of money at the cost of the customers that enter their store. I will not be returning and have notified corporate.
UPDATE: I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THROUGH THIS REVIEW THAT I WOULD HEAR FROM THE OWNER REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. WHILE GOING TO ANOTHER SHOP NEARBY I SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN COMING OUT OF THIS SAME LOCATION I ASKED HIM IF HE CHECKED HIS CHANGE AND HE LOOKED AT ME I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND HE TOO HAD BEEN SHORTED $0.04 CENTS THIS IS THEFT, BY A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER. Had 3 coffees made 2 we’re wrong and tasted terrible. I’m not sure if this staff is trained or not. I’ve given this place multiple chances and the coffee is always terrible. Just don’t come here. This store needs a big change and asap. I got a coupon in the mail for this location. But you couldn’t PAY me to eat here.
