not too mention I’m a few blocks away from Papa John’s and it took almost 2 hrs to get garbage. I got a thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was litterly like biting into cardboard and rubber and the taste was tasteless. My dog was begging for a bite and I gave her a small pc and she walked away from it, Papa John’s is nothing like it used to be. Haven’t eaten out in a year and this is the reason bc its all garbage unless you go to roadhouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YALL for taking peoples hard earn money for garbage and the so called hair stylist is the same in this town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called after close because we never received our food (our mistake with address not drivers) , I’m assuming it was the manager that had an attitude as soon as she answered but the delivery driver was the sweetest most beautiful princess I’ve ever seen in my life. 0/10 manager 100000/10 delivery driver. She had red hair and like I said was so sweet so pretty and understanding

Wife picked up pizza, tried to open it to look at it, and was told to please let the people behind her get their pizza so she just drove home.
Supposed to be a BBQ meats lite on the cheese.
Not lite cheese, toppings all in the middle and big empty area with no toppings, not cut all the way through.
Called and complained, told that the since I changed the order to bbq sauce the app changes the request of lite cheese back to normal and they know it happens.
Not their fault and they won’t remake it, I told the how poorly it was made and they said they can’t evenly distribute toppings on every pizza.
The kids took a piece each and did not like it, very soggy crust. The wife and I didn’t touch it and threw it out

Great quick pick up pizza place. Folks are friendly and pretty conscientious about making sure your order is correct and ready when the app says it will be. I get pizza there all the time and they haven’t missed yet!

I understand that the store is busy but if it’s so busy that it takes over an hour from the time an order leaves the store to make it less than 5 minutes (1/2 mile) away then maybe it’s time to start turning away delivery orders and doing carryout only. After waiting nearly two hours we ended up having to cancel our order and go get Litter Caesars. This would be a slightly better rating if the store manager wasn’t so unprofessional. Won’t be ordering from this Papa John’s location again.

Order took 27 minutes to be received, Pizza came out damaged so the rest of my food sat on a shelf then was charged for a dipping sauce that was supposed to be included. Would have to be hard up for pizza to come back.

This place is terrible! Went to order a medium veggie thin crust and they said they only make it in a large. Now get this…the crusts in all sizes need to be baked and ingredients come out of the bins before they’re sold. So why wouldn’t the accommodate my request? They lost my business and I went to another pizza place and got what I wanted. It sucks when they won’t serve what you want. This was my first and last trip to this place. Order taker acted as if he was doing me a favor. Never looked at me while he continued folding boxes…a more important job than taking care of customers. Their loss.

Order says it was on it way. I waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my order. I called and they said that the driver was leaving now. I am a half mile from the store. The manager said they were extremely busy. Ok I get that. But don’t push the button that says your order is on the way if it really isn’t. This is happening more and more. I order from this store at least once a week. Probably going to go with something else from now on

I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza 2 liter DP naked wings and spicy pepperoni.
My order came… no 2 liter and the pizza had no pineapple. delivery guy was a totally sweet! However. The customer service was the rudest ever. Totally argued with me about my pizza ( the box said pineapple how do you argue with that) and then told me they dont have 2 liter Dr p. But if u wanted to pay again they could deliver one because they can’t find where it’s on my receipt… nothing was on there but the price! They took back the pizza said they would remake it and here we sat no money and no freaking pizza an hour later
