The food was good. Service was average. Several minutes after getting our appetizer, we had to ask the hostess to find our waitress to place our order. Our waitress also forgot to bring my sister’s drink. Maybe she was having an off day. We will be back.

Took my mom to dinner last night, Thursday. I had done the wait list seating. I wasn’t thorough on reading the text… it said to send REMOVE when your full party had arrived. I sent that as we walked in and I told the hostess I had done the ahead seating with our confirmation number. She looked at her stuffs…informed me I should be sending HERE as remove will do just that for my name on the list! She said it wasn’t a problem since there was no wait yet but she wanted me to know so it wasn’t an issue at a later date. I thanked her for her clarification and that I appreciated her! On to dinner… the delightful TJ was our server. He was ever so accommodating when we noticed the only ceiling fan on was the one next to our table, so we asked if it could be turned off? Poor TJ, trying to reach the chain….then it was pulled to the point it was cycling on high. He found his manager and there is a wall switch to make it easier, but thank you for being so accommodating!! The food….was delicious!! I always enjoy that my side salad comes out on a cold plate. When we asked TJ for a second butter for our rolls… he brought out another roll basket with two butters!! Above and Beyond. Thank you TJ and Texas Roadhouse for providing us a the delicious meal coupled with delightful and attentive service we have come to know and appreciate from other restaurants in your chain, we will be back, cheers!

Went here on a Saturday night. I had the bone in ribeye and my daughter had the sirloin. Both cuts of beef were extremely tough. They were cooked correctly, just really tough. Drinking glasses were encrusted with steamed food particles from the dishwasher. They definitely aren’t changing out the water from the sanitizer. Service was top notch, our waitress Scarelet was great! And as always the atmosphere was loud and packed.

Came at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday, so the place was almost full. Actually, I was delighted to be able to walk right in and be seated.
The service was good and quick. Our waitress was helpful and attentive.
I ordered the 12 oz ribeye with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. The steak was done to my order and as always, delicious. My wife ordered the chicken and enjoyed it immensely .
One thing I love about Texas Roadhouse is that no matter where you go, you’re going to get the same service, flavor and atmosphere. We have even gone to one in digu South Korea and found it to be a little slice of Texas. The only Korean accommodation was a little bit of kimchi available. It was fun to watch all of the Korean waiters and waitresses assemble and do a line dance.

Loud, festive and fun. Steaks done just right, tips were very good. Waitress was wonderful. Good job to all the employees.

Our server Julian was so nice, chill and accommodating. The food came out so quickly. It was just what we needed after a long day of xmas shopping. The runner/server assistant was on POINT! I didn’t catch her name but promote that girl! Salmon was fantastic which was not on my bingo card while eating at a steak joint!

Really disappointed. Picked up a to-go order on Valentine’s night and left just to get home and see that stuff was missing. We watched the staff bring out all of our items along with someone else’s order so I’m guessing the other order got all our missing stuff. On top of missing our silverware that we asked the lady if they were in the bag, they didn’t give us our butter, or our condiments that were supposed to come with our apps, didn’t give me my side salad and both steaks were over cooked.

Saturday, 07/12/25,. I was there at 1:30 p.m. It was not extremely busy, I was able to get a table right away. I had the prime rib sandwich that is not yet on the menu. With a side of mashed potatoes and all the fixings on top. That cost me $15

I am writing from my table after one of the best chain restaurant experiences ever. It was really busy on arrival. I was certain that it would be a long wait. We were seated immediately! The person seating us, grabbed us bread and butter on the way to our table. Within 30 seconds of sitting down, our server Lexy comes by and gets our drink and appetizer order. Lexy had just the right amount of friendliness with incredible efficiency. Sometimes a server is friendly, but conversations drag on when you are really hungry. She talked and joked, then went and grabbled our food. The food came out so quick. A manager came by and checked on us. Service was absolutely a 10/10!
The food is worthy of its own paragraph! Steak was exquisitely cooked to order. The salad was fresh and the ranch was awesome! Oh! I forgot to mention the bread and butter. So unbelievably good! I could have just eaten that and been fine, I’m glad I continued on. The cactus blossom onion was delicious. The sauce for the onion was a Cajun horseradish. I generally would not try that. I’m glad that I did! The ribs literally fell off the bone, but maintained their firmness. The flavor was something not typically found in a chain restaurant.
I could go on much longer, but I don’t want to bore everyone. I recommend this restaurant to any of my fellow carnivores! 10/10!!!!
When I get back to California, I will try a location or two out there to see if it holds true across the country. I hope it does!

The steaks are awesome and I love the buns. I do seem to have bad luck with pick-up orders, though. 2 of 3 times have had missing items. This time ordered 2 ribeyes w/ shrimp add-on (and extra buns, of course) but they missed the shrimp for one order. I don’t want to hear about how they’ll “make it right”, just get it right the first time people.
