If I could give them “ZERO” stars I would! The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! When you order food the way you want it, that’s the way it should be! Not someone who’s fixing your food that doesn’t care and slapping stuff on a bun to get you out of the way! My whole order was completely wrong and when I called back the manager acts like this is an everyday thing that occurs at this establishment and doesn’t even apologize for me having to come back! Your best bet is to go to St.Paul’s or Raeford!! This one definitely needs to be CLOSED DOWN! I actually despise coming to this establishment ! You’re always having to wait for food, when you get your food it’s either cold or wrong! The McDonald Distribution Company needs to actually step in these does and look at how they treat people and when it comes to food! I’ve never in my life been to a fast food place and they done this with me ordering an HOUR AHEAD OF TIME AND STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG!

Not even trying to be rude but they always piss me off. I went tonight got an ice cream sundae & it was half filled & it’s always like that ! Last time I complained they filled it up but apparently they’re not “allowed” to fill it up to the top .. only half way.. so what the hell am I paying for? I didn’t get a receipt but I also ordered a 10 piece meal, the guy asked I wanted a medium or large and I said large, I proceed the window with a medium drink but large fry? when I said something about that it was “oh they rung you up for a medium ” ???? I know what I said and ordered but wasn’t trying to be an ass. Idk it’s a bunch of damn kids in there that don’t know what they’re doing and it’s annoying. I shouldn’t have to pass for no half ass ice cream or little drink as a grown woman

Only thanks to God for the new management! For almost 5 months I would be either missing food or prepared wrong almost every trip. Thanks to new management my orders have been better about the past month.

Not very efficient at order taking and absolutely even more difficult for them to make orders in a timely fashion. I placed a mobile order prior to arrive to the establishment and once I pulled in my designated parking space I checked in for my order to be started.
After a 15+ minute wait I received my food. I’m very disappointed that I did not check the order before leaving. I ordered a McChicken Plain because I am allergic to mayonnaise, which should mean no lettuce or mayonnaise. When I arrive home to eat it I remove my sandwich from the bottom of the bag and it’s barely wrapped. When I take it apart I notice it’s plastered in Mayo and shreds of lettuce. Not to mention one of the 10 pieces only had 7 nuggets in it.
It’s pretty disappointing. When I called back to inform them of the mistake I was told that I would need to return before the end of the night with the food to either request a refund or have it remade. There was no apology either. It’s a simple matter but enough for me not to spend my hard earned money here anymore.
It might be time for a training on counting and customer service.

They can NEVER get an order right. Always leaving something out of the bag. Today I ordered 2 McDouble Meal Deals. The burgers only had cheese and mustard on them. Fries were cold and limp. Only got one of the McNuggets. I do not get it. This is just one example. It is literally every time I go there.

Poor management plain and simple, waited over 10 minutes for food and I was only one in the dinning room. McDouble and fries where cold by time I got them and they committed the ultimate sin in the south, No Sweet Tea WTH. Time to wake up and straighten out this management. I will not be stopping here anymore. Poor service is unacceptable when many of their options.
