Stopped here a few days ago and picked up a bagel and donut just before 8am. When I started to eat the bagel it was hard and stale, definitely not fresh and the donut was the same way. Stopped by again a few days later and they didn’t even have any single serve bagels available. Not out of stock or delayed warehouse delivery, was just told they didn’t have any.

Ordered my birthday cake online. Boyfriend went to go pick it up and they messed it up. No offer to try and fix it or anything. Definitely won’t be ordering from the again. This isn’t the 1st time messing up a birthday cake for me but I thought maybe the 1st time was just a fluke

They saved my birthday plans after Fred Meyer totally messed up my wife’s birthday cake order and were rude about it. Safeway bakery employees were so nice and they went above and beyond to help me pick out and customize a new cake on short notice. I will definitely be going back to Safeway for bakery needs in the future.
