Slater’s 50/50 was founded by Scott Slater, a SoCal native with a passion for bacon, burgers and craft beer and a disdain for the boring. Inspired by the belief that bacon is meat candy, Scott created the original 50/50 patty- made of 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef – and a menu full of amplified burgers and indulgent dishes to pair with one of the most mind-blowing selections of local and regional rotating craft beer available on tap anywhere.

We had an excellent time at Slater’s 50/50. The Apple Brie Bacon Burger was a perfect blend of sweet and savory, with the creamy brie and smoky bacon being highlights. The Schmanimal Fries were loaded with deliciousness, and they really hit the spot. We also enjoyed their great happy hour with some Chardonnay and a tall cold draft beer. A major standout was the impressive selection of beers on tap, with many different varieties to choose from. The atmosphere was lively and the service was friendly, making for a really enjoyable visit.

We had an amazing server, Julie, and tried the vampire cheese bowl and the turkey thanksgiving burger and s’mores shake. They had an option to split the burger and give us separate sides which was awesome. We could even eat our burger we were so full the the cheese bowl was amazing and the s’mores shake is blow torched right before you eat it and is amazing. I’ve had regular burgers there as well and it’s amazing. Great place to go for a fancy burger

Look, it’s tasty good food. But look at this. Does this seem like a $20 burger? You still have to pay tax and a drink is extra. This out the door is $21.65. How is a 1/4 patty, 2 strip of bacon onion and sauce a gourmet $20 burger?

Amazing burgers and food! I highly recommend this place if you want a great environment to watch sports games and hang out with your friends. The appetizers and food are really tasty. The servers are really friendly. Overall a great place and I would come back!

Save your money. Nothing about it was good. Flat drinks, soggy appetizer, not crispy onion rings. They only thing that was ok was the hotdog. Very disappointing food. Server was nice and the place looked nice and clean.

This place was amazing . Did the buffet with a friend of mine and boy was that delicious. Good quality food. I will say the buns are quite fancy and big and you must eat them when ordering the buffet but considering that other burgers in sandwiches are also sold individually and they got a lot of people coming in just for the individual items because they’re really that good so it makes sense I guess they don’t want to skimp out on their regular customers by giving a cheap flimsy bun. So well I guess that would be my only complaint how can I complain it was just so good nonetheless. It is really delicious . If I had anything I would change other than the Buns LOL i would charge $30 instead of 28 and include a couple of dessert items you can get as well as a part of the buffet… just my two cents…

My family that came and visit always talk about 50/50. Special today Saturday 28 February. Make me think about going back. We always do your all you can eat. Sever forgot food items. My wife hamburger took almost 90 minutes. My onion rings toke 70 minutes my lemonade was refilled with water thanks tha for this time I don order beer. Just a really bad experience.

What a fantastic restaurant, this place is top notch. Let’s start with the service.
Richard was our server, he was truly amazing, I don’t think I have ever been this impressed with service at a restaurant. He was so accommodating and offered us a few samples of beer.
The food was fantastic. The 24k burger was actually dusted with real gold dust.
I will definitely be back to see Richard and enjoy some more tasty food and drinks.

Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly! Came in for lunch and the all you can eat is such a great deal! We asked for substituted things, and they helped us out. Lettuce wrapped burgers were great! Will be back! Thanks!
