This subway really sucks every time I have ever placed an order here either something is missing. I don’t get all of my stuff I asked for all my sandwiches. How can you make a sandwich wrong when you have exactly what people want on their order. They recently have been giving me the tomato caps like nobody wants to eat it, and I spoke to the guy about it once before and now at this point I feel like they do it on purpose. I know you have to have fresh tomatoes, you cut daily and every single time. I get the cap on the ridiculous. On top of the sandwich being wrong it took almost 2 1/2 hours for me to receive my order.

I will be contacting the general manager tomorrow! My fiancé got us a footlong due to the deal they are having online. And it seems like whoever made the sandwich just didnt give a damn about the customers. His sandwich was not made right, and got a Titan Turkey sandwich and it was definitely NOT Titan at all! The sandwich was thin and worker didn’t even give him the right bread. My sandwich was completely not even right! It was literally like the worker completely just threw together a sandwich with whatever toppings and called it a day. I didn’t even receive cheese on my sandwich!! And in today’s economy people are spending their hard earned money. This was definitely not okay, especially with me getting off work and coming home to this! I dont even eat raw green peppers ♀️ ♀️ Look at my receipt versus my sandwich ♀️

This is the most pitiful sandwich i’ve ever had. If it was strictly eating with my eyes, I wouldn’t touch it. The bread is actually squished and not fresh. I ordered doordash and can not reach the store by phone. I would not recommend this location at all.

I ordered a meatball sub foot long today. I asked for the bread not to be toasted, extra sauce and white cheese. Today, money is a little tight so me and my son was going to share it, as I am in the process of moving. Ok, so, the guy behind the counter gave me cheese bread as requested. He then goes to the back and come out with a new bag of meatballs and put them in the container. Then he puts them on the sandwich and adds the white cheese. Puts it in the oven to “melt the cheese for 10 seconds” he’s says. Then cuts it and bags them. THEY WERE STILL COLD AF‼️ It made me upset because he could have cooked the meatballs at least and then put them on the untoasted bread. He barely put any sauce on it and it was very watery. So far and by far the worst we have ever had or witnessed for me and my son.

They were not only super light on toppings to the point that I had to ask for extra of everything, but they also have zero signage that says they dont take coupons, so they only tell you when youre ready to pay. Not for anyone on a budget.

I’ve been here multiple times, as I come to Walmart a good bit. I have NEVER had to wait so long for a pick up order that I’ve ordered 10-20 minutes prior! It wasn’t even made when I came there on multiple occasions. Instead I came in and the guy wasn’t even paying attention and was sitting down when I approached. And to top it all off. They are SO stingy with sauce and veggies. I moved here from a small town. And the small town subway was SO much better than this pitiful place. Just don’t come here.
