I did the “all you can eat” sushi, the staff was welcoming and very quick to check on me if I needed anything. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the portions were great, and the price was reasonable. It’s become my usual sushi spot.
Recently I went back and it was much busier than I’ve ever seen it and the staff were just as welcoming and even with it being busy I felt like they were on top of making sure I had ordered something or was eating. 10/10 service and the quality of the food has been excellent every time!

I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve always loved the food. It always felt very well prepared. Today I decided I wanted green tea and I don’t normally get a drink so I knew it was gonna be a little bit more. When they brought me out the green tea, I realized that there was a great value teabag in it and for those of you that don’t know that is Walmart brand. I drank my tea and when they brought me the bill and charge me three dollars, I was appalled. Again for those of you that don’t know you can go to a Walmart and buy a 40 pack of green teabags for less than $3. I wonder how much money they are making on just green tea alone. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back here because of this. it tells me the quality of their food is also poor. To be charged $3 for a barely .10 cent tea bag is literally outrageous. (Also not sure why it’s marked as a soda; it was a green tea).

We tried this place for lunch while in Concord. I am a big fan of all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants and this one did not disappoint, especially for the price. I was not a big fan of the clear soup (tasted mostly like chicken broth and not the traditional Clear soup I’m used to), but the sushi seemed fresh and service was excellent.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet, however, it wasn’t busy since we went on a Tuesday at 11:30 am. I would’ve loved to have been able to have a sashimi option for lunch, but I also realize they would likely have to go up on their price for the lunch menu. I would go back and eat here again if I’m ever in the area and looking for sushi.

I would give zero stars if possible. Looking back at other reviews it seems this used to a great place… over a year ago. I went last night for my best friend’s birthday dinner, and unfortunately, almost everything that could have gone wrong did. Our server was extremely rude when it came to splitting the check. Instead of politely going to each person to confirm their items, she loudly called out across the table asking who ordered what. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and the entire restaurant went quiet.
To make matters worse, she attempted to charge us for an extra full meal and two beers that no one at our table ordered. One member of our party was also charged an additional $2 for fried rice with her teriyaki salmon, but she was never informed of this upcharge when ordering. When she politely questioned why she hadn’t been told, she received a very rude response.
The food itself was mediocre at best. The quality did not match the prices, and we expected much better for what we paid.
Even though we made a reservation over a week in advance and called the day of to confirm, no table was ready when the first members of our party arrived at our reserved time.
Overall, the service, food quality, and entire experience were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My family and I come here sometimes when we get the opportunity and we always get the all you can eat menu. I found the staff to be very friendly and funny.

We came here because we didn’t want to wait at another AYCE sushi place nearby. We came on a Friday night and had no wait. The food was pretty good. The appetizers were my favorite. Some of the sushi was great, others were not the best. The service was good. I would definitely come back here. I found it very affordable.

Sakura Sushi offers fresh, flavorful sushi with a great variety of rolls and sashimi. The staff is friendly, and the cozy atmosphere adds to the dining experience. Highlights include the Dragon Roll and spicy tuna. Slightly pricey, but worth it for the quality. A must-try for sushi lovers!

I don’t eat sushi, so I ordered a hibachi chicken entrée from the menu, which was clearly listed at $16. Everyone else at the table ordered the all-you-can-eat option for $28.
When the bill arrived, I was charged the all-you-can-eat price as well. When I questioned it, I was told it’s their “policy” that if one person at the table orders all-you-can-eat, everyone must. This policy is not stated anywhere on the menu. What is clearly stated are other rules—no sharing food, leftovers will be charged, and a two-hour time limit—so it’s frustrating that such an important pricing policy is not disclosed upfront.
Not wanting to make a scene, we paid the bill. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, the hibachi chicken made me extremely sick afterward. I eat hibachi often and have never had an experience like this.
Between the lack of transparency, the unexpected charge, and getting sick, this is definitely a place I would recommend avoiding. Two stars because the waitress was good. Unfortunately she seemed to be the only one working serving and busing tables.

The food was tasteless and all shrimp mini shrimp. Wrong food brought out as ordered and food cold. cold. Crab Rangoon was the only tasteful thing I ate. Dressing for salad was watered down and soup tasted off and extra salty. Server was nice but did not understand English very well and ordered wrong food. Dining flooring was unswept with trash all over Ladies room had poop on wall where plunger was located. Very disappointing. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.
