Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I went through the drive thru at 7p with my family. Amanda Marie P is horrible with her ‘customer service’. I couldn’t understand her due to her talking way too fast and rushing through my order. I couldn’t tell if she got it correct and I had to ask her to repeat it. When I got to the window I asked her to repeat it again because i couldn’t understand her at the speaker. It was wrong then she was irritated I had asked her to repeat it and change it to what I actually wanted. She didn’t say thank you and practically threw my food at me. I hope Whataburger gets better employees in the future otherwise they will lose my business. I have been a good customer with them for over 10 years now at least. Very disappointed customer.

I ordered food to go at the drive thru, it took awhile which I don’t mind but my burger came back pink. I didn’t realize until I got home. I reached out to management who just said sorry and didn’t offer to fix the mistake by replacing the burger. Was $30 wasted bc I ordered 2 meals.

This location is right off of I-25 and Osuna in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Easy to get in and out and the drive through service is top notch. The inside service is great, quick and friendly staff. This place is a great place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Good business for an American company. I live out of the country because of political reasons, and the quality is impeccable. God help the USA. I know most people never leave the USA, but there is an amazing world out there….it would open your eyes.

So slow, I had never been in such a slow drive through. I could take a 10 minute walk up and down the next door lane and come back to my husband who was sitting parked in the car. I even had time to take a second walk. I don’t know if what the situation was but I do know the workers were doing their best. They served us our food with a smile.

If you’re in a hurry for breakfast, dont come to this Whataburger. We waited for 15 min at the drive thru. My coffee was longer hot when we finally got our food. We asked for BBQ sauce and was told it would be .43 cents extra (with an attitude) which i understand but after a 15 min wait and cool coffee, you cant just toss one in the bag?
AND the food was not hot either.

pulled up at around 3 am. no one answered the speaker when i pulled up, had to pull to the window and saw multiple people with headsets on. drove back around to the speaker and finally ordered. waited almost 30 minutes for my food which i understood cause it’s late and there was like two other cars there. came home, opened my food which was supposed to be a bacon and cheese whata burger that had no meat patty. and my grilled chicken sandwich that had the most disgusting meat patty i’ve ever seen literally scrapped it off someone else’s burger and gave it to me. called the store and the manager shaton was very nice and apologetic, but god worst experience ever absolutely inedible food

We ordered online and picked up. It was fast and ready before I got there. However if you order online i caution u to check ur buns if u ask for toast on both sides of the bun. I was like ok maybe a mistake on my burger, it’s fine to have burnt it. But they also did it to my husbands burger worse, and it’s just a bun. They could have easily been swiped out with sincerity to fix a simple mistake. But to just serve blacked out buns is just rude! My husband started to peel off the burnt…

Best green Chile cheeseburger at a fast food place in town! We prefer here over Lotta burger any day. No line in the drive up when we went. Still hot when we got home. Large drinks are actually large! Not happy about the Styrofoam cups though.
