First time eating here today. We went through the drive through. The line moved pretty quickly. The cashier was nice. We noticed that cooks didnt wear gloves or have on hairnets while handling food . My daughter laughed that the heat will kill the germs . Bless the food Lord!. I ordered a 3 piece dark chicken with onion rings and a sweet tea. The onion rings were homemade. They were good and crunchy. The chicken wasn’t seasoned enough for “MY” liking. The tea tasted watered down. My daughter ordered a small fish plate with onion rings. It came with 2 pieces of fish and one hushpuppy ( not good) . The fish was seasoned well and crunchy. She enjoyed the onion rings as well. She also DID NOT like the tea. We are willing to try it again to give a better update. Next time we will dine inside.

Pure disappointment!!!! We went out of our way to stop here for lunch on the way home from church. If you like crunchy undercooked potatoes in your potato salad and your chicken livers with barely any breading and served too you in a puddle of grease, then Linda’s is the place for you!!!!!!!

We were extremely disappointed in the food presentation vs prices. My friends food was burnt, and her fries taste like they were made in old grease, and mine was over $13 for something that should only be served on a child’s menu! I asked for a manager and a kid that looks like he’s still in high school came out to our table. While is was as professional as he can possibly be at his age, I can’t help but wonder why this place is being run by children?? Where are the grown ups? As well as us not even being done eating and they’re closing up and emptied trash cans and covered them so that we can’t even dump our trash when we do leave. We won’t be back…. This is absolutely absurd. Get some grown people in here to straighten this out before you go out of business

I love Linda’s I’m a frequent customer I got a burger last night the bun was so dry and flaky the meat was also hard and dry.. fries were cold.. I got a burger a month ago it was delicious and juicy .. the food is never consistent .. maybe need to hire older people who care about making the food better seems the young kids throw it together but we are paying good money for your food. Do better.

On a recent visit I ordered their onion rings. The best I’ve tasted, (which were not too long ago removed for a different version and added back due to customer requests) and upon getting home found they were burnt and other pieces of items on their menu was in my order, gizzard and chicken batter.
I am Vegan so this was not good. I called to speak to someone about the matter, no answer so I left a detailed message asking to be called back, no response.
I then was in the area and thought to speak to them in person. To my pleasant surprise the Manager Jarod (I hope I got his name right) listened to my complaint, looked as displeased as I was at the issue and offered to make me a fresh batch free of charge.
This is what I call customer service and what will keep me going back. Thank you Linda’s for restoring my faith in excellent Management.
*One note would be to have a staff member check messages regularly keep up the great work.

My daughter and a few of her friends went here last night at 6:45 PM and the teenagers that were working rudely told them they had to leave because they were closed. This is 6:45 on a Saturday evening!!! Linda’s was supposed to be open until 9 PM!!! These teenage employees need to be replaced and the manager needs to be either retrained or replaced. Popeyes gladly took their order and their money. Linda’s Chicken & Fish, your business needs attention…

Stopped in today for a quick snack & loved it. I got the spicy ranch chicken wrap… it was more than I expected for just $4! Soooo tasty and fresh. Of course we also had to grab two strawberry milkshakes & an order of French fries. Everything tasted great & I’ll definitely be back again.

Excellent chicken, the fries and mac n cheese were good too. My only complaint was the young girl behind the counter reacted as if we were bothering her when we asked questions about the food, she also sighed and rolled her eyes when we asked for extra plates, I wouldn’t want someone like that representing my business.
Can’t fault the food though. You get way more quality and value wise than at any of the franchises.
