I go to this dominos often and they normally do really well but lately they have not been putting garlic crust in my pizza when it stays too have it. The pizza itself was still good just wish I had that crust

We come here all the time, but I’ve lost confidence and trust in this location. The girl handling and boxing the food was nibbling on chicken from the box, with her bare hands, putting the food back in the box, covered it with ranch, and then slid it into the warmer where the delivery guy brought out food right after. Manager said she claimed it wasn’t the customer’s food and this “happens all the time.” But the delivery guy told me he was passed the customer’s food. Idk. Really really grossed out and it’s not worth hazarding the blind trust. Since she handled my food directly after, manager gave me “credit” to claim if I ever call them directly for my next order.

Ordered for delivery over the phone, and guy says the 67$ for two pizzas. I ask for deals and he says they don’t do deals, it’s only on online orders. I called last week and the other person had no issues offering store coupons. I guess he went to go ask someone cause the phone just goes silent, no heads up or anything and then he comes back and says they took 20$ off of it like the whole conversation before didn’t happen and ask for the card number. I told him nevermind after I asked if it was his first day. This place is insane on the way they talk to customers for a couple of pizzas at 40+.

Never order from this Domino’s! Ordered my pizza at 6:57 and it arrived at 8:12. Pizza arrived and it was warm. I am a regular customer of Domino’s and this order made question my loyalty.

I have been very disappointed in this location and their managers ability to rectify the issues. The problems are never addressed or resolved. Thank goodness the drivers are nice and try their best, because the managers customer service is horrible. Will not use again for awhile!

This is the second and last time we order from this Dominos. Each experience is RUDE, they answer the phone as if you’re inconveniencing them by trying to bring them business. Takes forever to answer the phone, hangs up in your face, rushes you while your ordering. Not sure what the deal is but the service is horrible for food that’s not all that great. SMH

Manager was extremely rude and tried to over charge me more than once. Wanted me to pay the delivery fee, when I ended up needing to pick up the pizza myself because I was out of range of their store. I had placed an order online. I love Domino’s, but was very disappointed after my experience with this store.

This has to be the worst Domino’s ever!!! Every single time they get the pizza wrong or you ask for extra and they barely put any toppings on it. Then to top it off the pizza seems old like its been sitting for hours. It’s pointless to call and complain because they don’t care!! Avoid this Domino’s at all cost. We stopped coming here because of this and it’s the only store to deliver so I had to use it today. BUT I AM DONE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I would definitely not recommend that you go to this Domino’s franchise, it is a terribly run franchise. They do not care about customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas. A large and a small delivered. It arrived cold it took 45 minutes, which is not unusual if they’re busy. I never call and complain but I spent $48.00 for Pizza and was very disappointed. I had to at least call and give them a chance to make it right and keep my business. When I called and talked to the manager, he had no interest in making it right at all and didn’t even offer an apology. He was very dismisive and rude. When I asked for information to the owner or corporate he hung up on me and I was very polite and cordial. Maybe the franchise owner will see this and adress the issues at this location. do not go to this Domino’s you will regret it.
