First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Went here on our way out of town. We walked in and were greeted, seated right away and served by Catherin. She was prompt and very sweet! The food and coffee were great and the atmosphere was perfect, not too noisy or busy.
I had the Sunrise Granola bowl and my boyfriend had the Market Skillet with a side of Million Dollar bacon.
Next time we pass through, we will be back!

This location is running at peak operational efficiency. From the moment I walked in, the process was seamless. The host managed the check-in process per their SOP—a friendly greeting and immediate processing—which led to zero bottleneck at the door.
I was seated immediately at a “mission-ready” table, set with menus and silverware. My server, Kaylee, was top-notch. I ordered the Traditional breakfast with ham, coffee, and water. The coffee was deployed promptly, and she smartly left a full carafe at the table. This is a critical process win: it completely eliminates the “wait for a refill” issue and empowers the customer, a logistical detail I always appreciate.
The food order-to-table time was impressively quick. The kitchen executed the order with 100% accuracy; everything was cooked to perfection, exactly as requested.
Even with minimal customer traffic this morning, the staff discipline was high. Kaylee’s service was perfect—attentive without hovering. The offer of a to-go coffee was an excellent final touch to a streamlined service experience. This First Watch crew is running a tight ship.

I love first watch ! Great food and great coffee with healthy choices available. I recommend the double bacon Parmesan hash!! So delicious. The cinnamon pancake will knock you off your feet too. Amazing. Juan was fantastic, ask for him!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time was a must!! Our waitress Catherin was “Excellent!!” Very pleasant & attentive. She ensured that we didn’t need anything!! The food was fresh and made to order. Everything was hot and my taste buds was very happy!! You can’t go wrong with the price, atmosphere, service, and food portions!! I was very satisfied and I think that you would be to!! We will be coming back. This is our new #1 breakfast/brunch spot.

I ordered the hash with bacon and added red peppers. It was really good! I still miss the honey chipotle chicken hash they recently had, but this was the closest thing I could get to it. This one is hearty, a great portion, and you can’t beat the price.

Absolutely incredible! Our server Bermet was attentive and friendly. My works omelet was incredible. The sausage, ham and bacon were cooked to my exact liking. The egg was very good and the diced tomatoes were perfect. The grits were amazing. Overall very enjoyable experience.
