The food was excellent very authentic and the servers were super friendly. I would only take off half a point if I could, but it doesn’t let me and that’s simply because you have to buy rice with your entrée. I don’t really understand that, but it was $3.95 so Only half a point deduction. This place was spectacular. Delicious food.

First time dining at Shandhar Hut, and it has already become my favourite restaurant in town. The food is incredibly flavourful and the amounts generous. Sam was extremely helpful and patient while taking our orders. I also appreciated that the spice levels are clearly indicated on the menu and can be adjusted to suit individual preferences.

The best vegan butter chicken I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh and the restaurant was spotless , with the perfect ambience!
Our server, Arsh, was amazing and made sure every item we ordered worked with our food sensitivities, which I really appreciated.
The lunch deal was fantastic value . I even had enough to take home for another meal.

Our experience at Shandahar restaurant is always exceptional! The service is second to none, the staff is very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this Indian restaurant for anyone who loves Indian food. They literally are the best we have tasted. My wife and I have eaten Indian food-in many establishments, even overseas and we found Shandahar to be at the top of all these restaurants. We had the butter chicken lunch special (11:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and it was amazing! Our server Sim was great and attentive. The space was a bit dark for a lunch experience but I think for dinner it would feel appropriately intimate. Would definitely come back when visiting Chilliwack.

I had parotha plate today and it was so delicious. Serving of the food was also good. Service provided by sim, jaswinder and Rani was very welcoming and warm. I really like the sitting area which is warm and comfortable.

They first served appetizers brought from the restaurant, and the taste was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
For dinner, we had their special butter chicken and karahi paneer, and both dishes were incredibly yummy. The flavors were rich and authentic, and you could really feel the quality in every bite. The garlic naan was very soft, fresh, and paired perfectly with the curries.
Overall, the food was outstanding, and I highly recommend Shandar Hut Indian Cuisine to anyone who loves authentic Indian food. Definitely worth visiting!
