I had an awful experience with one of the staff members here. All I asked was when my order would be ready, and instead of a simple response, she got extremely frustrated and went off about being the only person cooking, telling me her whole story. It was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! She the only black lady that worked upfront and I really don’t understand why she had to react that way.

Absolutely terrible service. Both the cashier and manager were very rude and didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge us. We bought two drinks and she just walked away and the manager ignored us. She had to get cups from the back but she didn’t explain or even give them to us. She simply stacked them up and walked away. We had to ask the manager twice to get the cups. Can’t imagine what service people who got food had. Not eating here again. Everyone in line said the same thing as us.

Orders twice from here through DoorDash. Both times order was wrong. The first time, the delivery driver had to wait at the store a half hour and when I finally got my order is was wrong and smashed. The most recent time I was told this particular store “doesn’t have Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers” and didn’t have unsweetened iced tea (even though I ordered sweet). Will not be ordering from this Wendy’s ever again.

Ordered a #2 baconator. The description on the Wendy’s website for this sandwich reads as follows: “ A half-pound* of fresh British beef, American cheese, 6 pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon, ketchup, and mayo. Carnivores rejoice!” I confronted the cashier and showed her my sandwich which had one patty and one and a half slices of bacon. I asked why I didn’t have two patty’s and more bacon and she replied: “if I wanted like the picture, you have to ask for it that way”. And sent me on my way.
