The employees here are NEVVVVERRRRR nice. There is one girl who is sweet, one and man who is nice, other than that…. The rest are rude and very short with you. Not to mention waiting at least 20-30 minutes no matter what it is you’re ordering.

We ordered a cake with 8 days notice. On the day it was supposed to be ready DQ didn’t have our cake made. After 30 minutes of waiting around while the employees tried to figure everything out we were told they were busy and would have it done later in the day. No problem, we returned 4 hours later to a different crew. Still no cake. Finally at 8pm we had to settle for a different type of cake, one our daughter dislikes, with rushed decorating so we would have something for her to celebrate with. I now have a disappointed kiddo and paid for a cake we won’t eat.

BEST BLIZZARD EVER! Tried this location for the first time because I was near the base. Seriously a pleasant surprise, considering the recent reviews. I ordered a blizzard, cheeseburger, and a small fries. Best blizzard I have ever had, chock full of toppings and well blended. The fries were hot & perfectly salted. The cheeseburger actually looked like the photo on the menu which is a first for me at any fast food place. Wait time was average so no issue there. Honestly the best Dairy Queen I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot of DQs . FIVE STARS!

This was my 4th time visiting this Dairy Queen. Each time has not been good…..from a cold burger to today’s visit foe a Blizzard. Ordered a Strawberry Cheesequake medium. There was a little bit of Strawberry’s in there bit NOT mixed in. The ice cream should have had at least a bit I of pink color to it! This was the last time I will EVER go to your establishment! More training on how to make food items??? Better management??? Informed workers??? Maybe all of the above?

ALWAYS always always make sure to call for hours if you are driving a good distance. The hours on Google are not accurate. I wanted some late night ice cream, so I checked the hours; and Google said that the drive thru was open till 10. Google also notes that the business confirmed these hours 6 weeks ago, so I thought I would be okay. I drive there to find out that they had closed at 9.

I have gone here multiple times, every time I ask for a chocolate chip malt. 80% of the time, they give me a vanilla shake with chocolate chips in it rather than an actual malt. They’ve claimed a few times the malt powder is in it. I’ve been to many Dairy Queens and can tell you it does not have it. It’s very unfortunate because the staff is very friendly and very helpful, however I will no longer eat at this location.

They did a good job. Food was good, correct and complete. The under side of the table was sticky but I just grabbed a paper towel from the bathroom and took care of it. We go there on occasion and usually get a good experience. The cook greeted me as well as counter person.
