Marty’s Tap is hands-down the best dive in town! It has that perfect neighborhood bar feel—welcoming, laid-back, and full of character. A true Hawkeye and Cubs bar. Drinks specials for all the games. The staff makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in, and the service is always spot-on. What really sets it apart is the craft beer selection—creative, rotating, and way better than you’d expect from a “dive.” Add in the friendly vibe, great music, and an atmosphere that just makes you want to stay a little longer, and you’ve got a true local gem.

This is a great small dive bar/sports bar. The employees are always nice. Small town bar feel. But they also have shows/ entertainment from music to comedy every once in a while as well. Also, it’s home of a great brewery, so if you’re into trying to beers, it’s a good place to go. For the Food, they have my favorite Pineapple brats. Definitely recommend!

Omg this was v the best experience. ERIC was our bartender and he was great!! I enjoyed listening to his stories and his comments. He kept the conversation going. He was well educated on the bars brews, and history. I will return because of him. Also we had a variety of drinks they where all great .. this is a must stop. Oh and we had Pizza and Brats. Perfect!!!! Hit the spot. I travel alot and I give some great reviews but this is a must stop and have at least one drink and one pizza or brat.

Nice neighborhood bar. Very down to Earth… Being a Chicago Native, I was happy to see how much this bar loves the Chicago Cubbies! Some beer was being brewed while I was there and I stayed to be introduced to their newest beer… 3-fiddy (350) that’s how they pronounced it! Great IPA not real “hoppy” and has some sort of fruity/citrusy taste to make it a refreshing beer. The Double IPA Brioux is my fav though.

Martys is one of those places that doesn’t only make you feel like family but they make sure you have a comfortable and awesome experience!!. Never came across a martys employee that didn’t make me and whomever I’m with feel like they actually care.. !!.

Tried 3 beers and all were very good. Especially liked the Jalapeno pineapple IPA and I’m not a fruity kind of guy.

Awesome bar to go and have some drinks. The environment is calm and friendly. Prices on drink are really fair and the mules there wide selection is great. Would recommend coming to drink here.
