Had a great time for lunch here with the family. Everything was very good. The sauce for the Ceasar salad is home made. One of the best Caesars I’ve had. The Number Six chicken sandwich is one of my favorite items on the menu and was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of sauce.

Sat right away. The espresso martinis are amazing, Cesar salad delicious and the burgers are the bomb. My son LOVED the chicken noodle (tasted like pot pie, very rosemary) hated the grill cheese- not very “kid” friendly. The service was friendly but we did wait for silverware. Had a smash burger(great) number 6 chicken Sandwich which was ok but only because I don’t like bbq sauce so I switched for my spouses burger. Sorry no pics of the main courses…. The espresso martini was STRONG:-)

Doc B’s is a really solid spot with great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and friendly service. The dishes are always fresh and well prepared, and the menu has a nice variety without feeling overwhelming. The staff is attentive without being pushy, and the overall vibe makes it a great place for a relaxed meal. Was in town for a conference and wanted to get something close to my hotel. Started browsing menus on line and the chicken noodle soup and key lime pie caught my attention. Both were very much worth it. Added a house salad with crispy chicken for the entree. Very good meal and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend the soup and the pie!

We came here because the menu looked like it had a couple things that would be light and I had a little bit of an upset stomach. I got the chicken soup and my daughter got the viral chicken ceaser wrap. I got a mocktail and that was great too! The dip came out bubbling which was pretty cool! Dede is on top of her game! Everything was awesome!

Stopped by Doc B’s in River North for a casual bite, and overall it was a good experience — not amazing, but definitely enjoyable.
The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. The staff really made us feel welcome, and that always goes a long way.
We started with the guacamole and sweet potato chips, which was a creative twist on a classic. The guac itself was really fresh and flavorful, but it could’ve used just a touch more salt to really make it pop. Still a great start to the meal. The candied bacon was a bit too crispy for my taste, almost to the point of being brittle, which took away from the usual indulgent, chewy texture I love in bacon.
I had the tuna salad, and while it leaned a bit heavy on the citrus, it was still a bright and refreshing option with a nice balance of textures.
All in all, Doc B’s has a welcoming vibe, great service, and solid food with a few minor tweaks that could take it to the next level. I’d come back, but maybe try a few different items next time.
