Went here because we wanted to try something different and see if it would be decent for once. No surprise it was gross. The waitress was rude and had a snobby attitude just because we wanted our son to have what he ordered. When we got our food, half of it was cold, the waitress spilled my pancakes on the floor and didn’t clean up the mess. She said she would bring me a new stack but I don’t really think she did that. It looked the same and had just new butter on it. Also when my son got his food i looked at it and it was the smiley face pancakes but when we looked at it we wipes off the whip cream and saw a frowny face like they did it on purpose so I kindly asked if we could just have a new batch and she laughed and wanted to argue with me saying its just how it was put on there and they didn’t do it on purpose. But you can judge for yourself! Also she forgot to change my order and she said she would make a new fresh order for me but they just turned my french toast upside down and acted like they made new food. I hate this place and rude people . I’ve worked in food before and never treated people like this! Just change ypur attitude and do the right thing and maybe you can get positive results!

Walked in and got sat within 5 minutes, the table next to us and behind us where sat after us, we ordered our drinks and food after the tables that where sat after us received their food. after we ordered our food, we waited 20 minutes and our child got their food but then we waited another 40 minutes before our server came over and said that they where “4 parties behind” decided to leave because we had already been in house for an hour.
They comped our child’s meal which was nice but still outrageous that we had to wait for so long

Crazy that I’m giving this review for Ihop but I must say my experience was SO much different than it is in my own state. Service and food was so good, we felt inclined to leave a really big tip. Our server literally took our drink order with a smile! Made me and my family feel like they were happy to take our order and made sure we wanted for nothing. If I visit Fayetteville again, I’ll definitely dine there again.

I made a mistake when I ordered; the pic under waffles is actually a crepe. but management was contacted and they corrected it. I had the cinnamon bun crêpe, which was delicious. when they originally brought out my eggs and hashbrowns. They were cold but management made it right so kudos to the waiter (Hector)and management. We had a party of 16 adults and young children. Our server was friendly, patient, and more importantly organized. She took our drink orders, then our food orders Nad everything was perfect! I wanted crepes but not directly as offered and she guided me through to get exactly it exactly as I asked. Their turkey bacon was not up to my standards. I sent it back and she got the turkey sausage instead and it was delicious! My family and I had a pleasant experience.

I walked into IHOP, I was greeted with the familiar smell of pancakes and coffee—a comforting aroma that instantly reminded me of family breakfasts from my childhood. Table had water that I watched the waitress put my menu directly into. I was ready to order, my friend was not. She asks us if we were ready so I responded, yes! My friend just kept looking at the menu so they could decide. Waitress takes it upon herself to walk off and not let me order. Pancakes were hard and felt like they had been sitting awhile. Family comes in close to 10 minutes after us. Waitress immediately takes their order, they get their food and everything, only our waitress never returned. She tended to them and completely ignored me and my friend to see if we needed anything. Which we did, the napkins we asked her for as soon as we got here. Family that came after us left before us and when waitress FINALLY returned for us to pay our tab, no words were spoken. She just silently climbs into the booth with the tablet in hand and goes “your total today will be ____” .

I eat Breakfast with a former student on her birthday every year because WE share the same birthday; November 24th! IHOP is one of her favorite resteraunts! The atmosphere was dynamic and service was awesome!
Food not so Awesome! She ordered Bluberry pancakes with egg whites/onions, sausage and
Coffee. All nice and hot!
I ordered the senior pancake breakfast.
Problem:
Eggs were semi warm
Grits were not warm
***Pancake was flat and dry with a consistency of a frozen microwave pancake. The staff that came out assured me pancakes are made fresh daily. Guess I should have taken a Pic to show that I was not fibbing.
When her pancakes came out it looked nothing like mine they were fluffy & thick!
I had 1 each of sausage, Bacon and ham…its protein what can I say…
I had to take my meds so I ate the pancake, and meats, some of the egg and tasted the grits
Not a good visit but my appetite is compromised by my medication so what I did eat sufficed!
I checked this review yesterday and did not have time to respond to the owner comment. Today I checked to respond and there is not a response from the owner there to respond too. I guess it was removed

I had an outstanding experience at this establishment. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was excellent, and the service was truly top-notch. Met up with out of town family for breakfast. Service was great, food came out fast. In not a fan of this new digital pay thing where the staff walks around with tablet for you to pay & you gotta figure out how to read it. You don’t know if you were charged correctly and its auto populated tip amount. I want to see a printed bill then I’ll decide the tip amount.
