On 11/1/2025 I ordered breakfast from this location in the form of a hash brown scramble bowl w/ grilled filet. First off this looks unsatisfactory. This is not an advertised. I really hate how they don’t leave the filler whole in tact. This way the customer can see that we are getting a full filler and you aren’t skimming off the product because that’s definitely what happened here from the looks of it. If it doesn’t come with a full filler you need to add that small caveat. You definitely played me on this order. For the prices y’all want you need to do better. The orange juice is small also for the price. I digress my
Main issue is this food. I ordered thru the app so i will comment and say service was good but the food quality and assurance needs to match. #MyPleasure is said so much & the employees are on autopilot that my reply to the employee didn’t warrant that type of response lol smh. I said I’m pulling around & she instantly said my pleasure which didn’t fit the context. It was cool in the beginning but it’s now coming off as not genuine. As it were saying so we won’t get dinged. I look forward to talking to someone about the food though.

I had a terrible experience at this Chick-fil-A. I was in the drive-thru with my children when Christine, who took my order, was extremely disrespectful and hostile. She claimed she couldn’t hear me and instead of calmly asking me to repeat it, she aggressively approached my car and raised her voice at me. It felt completely inappropriate.
Another employee, then came out and told me they would not serve me and that I needed to leave. Meanwhile, the general manager(feature in the background last picture below) stood in the background and never stepped in to address the situation, allowing their employees to bully a customer with children in the car.

I visited this restaurant this past week. After picking up my order and moving on to an appointment I realized the order was completely incorrect. I had not received what I ordered and was not able to eat the contents of what I received. As I was late for an appointment and the restaurant was very busy I could not return to have it corrected. I called the restaurant later in the day and left a message on their customer communication line. I never received a reply so I turned to the Chick fil A corporate website and completed a complaint form. I provided the order number and all details. I did receive a reply from either Ken Ball, the operator of the North Olmsted location or the corporate customer service department. I am really disappointed at the lack of attention to customer service from a company that prides itself on providing better. Won’t be back.
Update – I did receive a call from a representative of the restaurant who resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. It restored my faith in Chick-Fil-A. Thank you.

Went there for lunch today 1/9/2026 got a basic chicken nugget meal. They asked if I wanted fries even though the meal already comes with it just for them to not give me fries. People only have 30 min for lunch maybe an hour. How does that happen about 80% of the time I go there? It’s not hard to get an order right. When they mess up and you go back they try to give you a breakfast coupon that expires that month or next month.

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. While bagging my order, an employee picked up my salad, looked directly at it, and said it was “bad” yet still placed it in my bag and continued laughing and talking with her coworkers. The supervisor witnessed the entire thing and showed zero concern or professionalism.
When I checked the salad, it was filled with brown, spoiled lettuce. I asked for a refund, and the manager pretended not to know what was wrong despite her employee’s comment. The lack of accountability and basic quality control is unacceptable.
The fact that this salad was knowingly handed to a customer says everything about how little this team cares about standards or the guest experience. I will not be returning to this location!!

I really enjoy having breakfast here, customer friendly service, great selections to choose from, always clean establishment and they get your special orders correct.
The chicken bowl is pretty good, try it with extra chicken.
I wish they bring back the spicy chicken biscuit with pepper jack cheese. The peach tea lemonade is also a great new item

My first time going. It was everything that they advertise. Fresh, great tasting food. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were of course super busy and it didn’t interfere with their quality. I don’t have to tell y’all to go because EVERYBODY is always there.
