Had a very unpleasant experience tonight. Went through drive thru. They didn’t have what I wanted so I opted for a chicken sandwich and fries. They had me park. I waited for about 20 minutes and went inside. It was ready. The employees just weren’t paying attention because they were standing around talking. My fries were old and cold. Last time I will visit this location. Luckily, I’m in town only a week.

The location is getting cheap. This is what 4 chicken fingers look like. I stopped getting the snack and dinner a long time ago because they don’t put a small fry on the side. Just enough to fit in this paper bowl. They use this size proportion for the snack and the dinner. On the upside, they were polite.

The breakfast crew are no nonsense! I stop here almost every morning to get a fresh breakfast sammich from hard working individuals, in a very timely manner.
Not sure what changed, but now they’re just mean slow. Watched an employee pick up a piece of cardboard off the floor and wave it over all the food. Now I have to go to Tuscaloosa to eat anything.

The service was not great today 9/1 at 9 am. Cashier got order wrong, it took too long to get order about 25 mins. One of the workers walked in straight from the streets clocked in did not wash his hands just went directly to touching food. Watched employees touch face hair while putting food in bag.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no tomato and they gave me a chicken n bread sandwich with no mayo or lettuce and I ordered a big bacon sandwich with no tomato and they didn’t put any mayo, ketchup or mustard on his and they were out of bags so they put it in a chicken box and had to wait about 10 minutes before my order was ever taken. The inside was not busy but the drive thru was but that shouldn’t have affected the time that my order was taken and for our food to be without mayo, ketchup or mustard so won’t be visiting there no time soon.
