So I usually boast about the cheap cost of the pizza and frozen yogurt but the past years or so the cost just isn’t worth it. I’ve always looked past the fact that they never have plastic cutlery, napkins, soda lids stocked. We always order when we walk in, yet on the way out whether its an hour or 30 mins later, we wind up waiting 20 plus mins anyway for food. Regardless if its pizza or just snacks like pretzels or frozen yogurt. Today we actually came in and filled out a form to pre order pizza for 6 pm. PRE ORDER. THIS MORNING. I walked in at 5:40 to let them know i was here and was told it’d be 15 to 20 mins. Fine. Thats my pick up time anyway. Well 40 minutes later and im still standing here. Im watching them make pizzas to put in the case for those walking up ordering slices. Am I crazy to think mine should be dont first?! They made one and put it in the warmer then proceeded to make 6 other pizzas and put them in the showcase and sold as slices. Im sorry but pick up time 6 pm and it is now 6:20 and im standing here and they keep saying we’re working on it. When I just asked about them making pizzas and throwing them in the showcase, she literally just walked away. Not a word. Def will not do this again. Ever. And wanted to share so anyone who may think of doing a pre order will have a heads up regarding likely wait time.

The ladies who work at the food club are incredible. They are always understaffed yet they are extremely nice even when some customers are rude to them. The pizza is always fresh and hot. The best lunch around.
