Olive Garden as always is really tasty and as usual the portions are huge. My sister said, “I couldn’t finish!!!” Our waiter was attentive and great. The only thing that she forgot was the broccoli on another dish.

This location is really good! You could never go wrong with some OG. All the soups are delicious and you have so many options of pasta to choose from. Currently they have an endless pasta deal going on but me and my partner got full with one plate. Still a very great deal and another thing i should add, their new sauce “spicy three meat” is great and flavorful. Will be back!

Came here on a rainy afternoon lunch with my mom they just opened and there is only couples of customers inside, the place is well organized and clean, It’s a big restaurant with a lot of sitting space, we ordered lunch with salad, me and my mom enjoyed their warm garlic bread sticks as well as their salad, we didn’t expect how small is their lunch menu servings, if we only knew we rather get the regular one, the server is helpful but took time to come and ask us if we need more bread or salad considering it’s not busy. Food we ordered is ok we mostly enjoyed their warm garlic salad and bread. Probably coming back to try the regular menu next time

my family and i walked in and was told 30-35 minute wait. while waiting i noticed people who came in way after me were getting seated. when i went to ask the hostess she told me our name and number didn’t go through the system. She then told me she was going to go clean off a table for us and disappeared. Two out of the four people standing at the hostess stand where actually working the other two were just standing there talking and redirecting people to the other two hostess’s. i understand it was busy however i don’t think the workers should be just standing there staring at me. if they paid more attention they would of noticed that i had been standing there for awhile and checked to see how much longer until i was seated. finally get to our table and our waitress was great but the manicotti noddles were hard and burnt. honestly the only reason why i gave a star is solely for our waitress.

Came to this location 01/7/2026. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. A roach was crawling on our table at Olive Garden, and the manager acted like it was normal. That alone says this is clearly an ongoing issue. We immediately lost our appetite and trust. Never coming back.

I’ve visited many Olive Garden locations before, and this time we decided to try the one in Paramus. Fortunately, we were seated right away. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The soup, salad, and the Artichoke Dip with chips were all delicious and perfectly prepared. Both pasta dishes tasted great. The ambiance was pleasant, and the hotel WiFi worked well.
Parking is somewhat limited, so you might need to use a nearby garage or the mall parking lot. The only minor disappointment was the men’s restroom—it wasn’t properly cleaned, and the napkin bin was overflowing.
As we were leaving, our toddler was a bit sad that his favorite chocolate candies weren’t available. Hopefully, they’ll be restocked on our next visit.

So we came up with the perfect idea to go to Olive Garden to fulfill our evening. We were ALL very excited for this experience, and our food met that quota. HOWEVER, our waitress did not live up the standard set by the food. Our waitress by the name of Amber S highly disappointed us.
Her attitude: pathetic, to put it in food terms tasteless. The moment she started serving us it was very predictable this inadequate service would persist. It took 7 and a half minutes to obtain a refill for some water, in those 7 and a half minutes, she came to our table THREE times. In the middle of our meal she decided it would be a good idea to give us our checks; with no regard to us taking our time. It was very evident the highschool stereotype was being used here. Her assumption that we were going to cause havoc hindered her ability to provide us adequate service. The narrative that high schoolers don’t tip ended up biting her in the rump, as us distinguished gentlemen typically 20-30%; this was not the case tonight.
As i conclude I would greatly appreciate if this establishment would consider the dismissal of Amber S.
