The food was pretty good over all especially for the price. We ordered the trip appetizer and got the cheese bites, chicken strips, and cheese fries. Everything was pretty good. The chicken strips were really good though, moist, cooked perfectly, with a brilliant flavor. The kids fried shrimp was bland in flavor and cold when we got it but that was the only thing wrong with the whole meal. We also got croissants with honey butter that were really good. The mashed potatoes tasted home made and were smooth but not too smooth to seem fake. The burger was huge and cooked perfectly but extremely greasy. Make sure to ask for extra napkins. We had a really kind server who was attentive even though they were extremely busy. She was always on top of our needs and the needs of the others around us. The restaurant itself was so loud it was hard to hear, there were several times where people were singing a version of happy birthday that was just way too loud, if you like that kind of thing though this place would be the place for you. I also noticed there seemed to be a full bar on the other side of a very cool fish tank and a very interesting ceiling fan.

Excellent food and service. Ate at the bar instead of wait 20 min when there were lots of booths and tables empty. But I love this place ❤️ one of my new favorites. Ashton was a wonder sever. And OMG the crescent rolls with honey butter was to die for.

This restaurant chain has a vast menu and everything is pretty tasty. The service is also good with very attentive servers. Our server this time, Susan, was very friendly, great attentiveness and the attention to detail was impeccable. Our food (there were 6 of us) came out exactly as it was described and hoped for and the helping of food was not skimpy. The decor was inviting too along with a large fish tank with pleasing to the eyes marine life.

The restaurant is empty but you have to wait 35 minutes to be seated so we waited and waited. Obviously one cook one server, half of one busboy. Bring your own shot of vodka and turn on YouTube and you ll be fine. By the way food is not good here either.

There were seven people at our table on a Saturday night. Four people ordered margaritas. The restaurant was out of .tequila. Three people ordered mashed potatoes; they were out of mashed potatoes. One person ordered a Caesar salad. They were out of Caesar dressing. Two people ordered steak, medium rare. One steak was medium rare, the other well done. I ordered coffee. It was cold. The waitress was apologetic over and over. She brought me hot coffee and offered to replace the overdone steak, but by that time we were so disgusted, the patron just asked for a hamburger. How can a restaurant stay in business like this?

I typically would give cheddar a 10/10 but this visit was the worst. we were seated with staff that had a 20 top. other staff was trying to help. our croissants were not warm or good. my food with the exception of my country fried chicken ken was cold. the Texas toast under the chicken was toasted. ewe did not like that. I had broccoli rice and cheese and southern green beans. broccoli and cheese wasvcold and the southern green beans taste like straight sugar. nothing southern about that. it took us over and hour to receive our meal. then another 45 for our Togo order which they also got wrong. it was suppose to sub rice on sirloin tips and we got mashed potatoes after saying we could substitute it. I had peach flavor tea. yuck. it was so sweet it just tasted like sugar. while waiting on food it took 25 minutes before we even got the drinks. because our server was dealing with a 20 top. smh. I hope the new management gets it together. I miss the old kitchen staff. food was always HOT and fresh. also we had Cajun pasta and the sauce was so runny the noodle were not even holding the rogue. im not blaming anyone but this is the worse I ever had may need to take a year break cause something is different

I went there for lunch by myself. It was a Saturday and about 1300 hours. The wait to get a seat was near 15 minutes, and what I noticed was not many servers. There were plenty of tables available- just no wait staff. Otherwise, the food was awesome as always. My waiter was very responsive once seated and my food arrived very quickly. The only other item to mention is that the “side” portion size seems to be in ‘shrinkflation.’

Party of 8…I ordered the fried chicken salad. Very BIG salad. It was good. Others ordered the Monte Cristo… delicious (warm leftovers in the air fryer). The waitress was excellent!

Twice in a row of bad experiences here. Wait was double what we were quoted. Once we were sat I realized the restaurant was over half empty. They were out of the first three things we tried to order. Food took over thirty minutes to arrive and when it did it was all luke warm. My burger was not good. Not something a would normally order here but my first two choices weren’t available. If it was my first visit here I wouldn’t return but I have had decent food and service in the past.
