For my first experience at Longhorn’s, it was Excellent! The food was delicious, hot and served fast. The loaded baked potato was scrumptious and the molten lava cake divine! All of the food was perfect. Our server, Leonardo was everything you’d want in a server! Kudos to Longhorn’s on a job we’ll done.

Well this was my first time at this location, and let me tell you, the server was just terrible, the food I ordered was mediocre. I don’t know who the chef was tonight, but I’ll tell you this, they don’t know how to cook steak, I asked for my steak to be well done, the server bought me medium well done, and to top it off I had ordered seasoned fries to go with it, but they were soggy, because who ever cooked the steak did not drain the juices off the steak & had put that on top of my fries, which left them soaking wet and soggy.
Then our server started out treating us okay, but all of a sudden she was just ignoring me and my friends, she never came back to the table to check on us as far as asking if we needed anything else, or even if we might want a refill on our drinks. SHE WAS AWFUL!!! After they bought the steak out to me with my soggy fries, I cut into it and asked to speak with the manager to complain, she came over to our table, and I told her, that my steak was not right & that my fries were soggy.
She offered to have another one bought out to me, and I’m gonna say this, I told her that I really wasn’t sure if I wanted another replacement because I know what they do in these restaurant kitchens if somebody complains about their food, and that I don’t trust them not to do something to my food, of course she said that they don’t do that at their restaurant, but how would she know because she’s not back there when the food is being cooked.
Nevertheless, I went ahead and let her get me another order, and this time the steak was right but the fries still were a little soggy, what they should of done was put them on a separate plate, that would of been the logical thing to do, but that would of been too RIGHT!!! I don’t think I will patronize this location ever again. The only positive thing tonight was that they took my order off our bill, which was what they should have done anyway to compensate me & my friends for the way our server treated us period.

The first time I went, everything was very good and the atmosphere was elegant, except for the rice, which was spoiled and had a bad smell. I decided to give the restaurant another chance because I genuinely like the steak they make there and the mushroom appetizer.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. We were attended by a red-haired waitress. The table was dirty when we sat down. She actually sat at our table to take our order, which was shocking and felt very disrespectful. I have never experienced something like that before.
It didn’t stop there. We were never offered water or the complimentary bread. I ordered the mushrooms, and they never arrived. At the end, when I asked about them, I was told they had run out.
When she brought the steak, she also brought the check and told us to pay whenever we were ready. Shortly after, when we asked for to-go boxes, she told us we needed to hurry up and close out the bill.

When we walked in around 4pm on a tuesday without calling ahead of time the host said they had two pending parties arriving and we would have to wait for a little, but Katie “manager in training” overheard it was my mother’s in law 60th birthday she said to seat us right away which made us feel special verses looked over and now that was a good way to start our meal. The server was very nice and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was comforting but certain areas of the restaurant could definitely need updating. When i went into the bathroom there was no place in any of the 3 stalls to hang my purse or jacket and it made it not so pleasant. Other than that the food was quite tasteful. From the appetizers to the main course all the way to the cheesecake. Had a very good experience

Usually really enjoy this place. Food is always excellent. However, the service at hostess stand could use some tweaking. Arrived at the restaurant and was quoted 30-45 minutes. No problem. After an hour I asked the hostess how much longer it would be and she told me “oh, it looks like you’re looking at another 45 minutes”. The reason being every person that did call ahead seating after we put our name in was being seated before us. We would have been there all night waiting with that nonsense. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ended up having a great meal at Olive Garden with excellent food and phenomenal customer service.

Quit (relatively) with good food. I now a ribeye has marbling, but they could trim it back a little on the sides. There were some very thick areas of nothing but fat. The soups re excellent, the loaded potato is awesome. He last 2 times Ive gone the host(ess) goot my unsweet tea, then the waiter got m a refill but didn’t ask what and brought sweet. Most drink sweet but those that don’t frequently have diabetes. He servers need to ask

Dinner Friday night. We both had the sirloin and it was delicious. I had the sweet potato and salad as my sides. Very enjoyable meal. The service was great Mia was our waitress and took excellent care of our table for us. Very attentive and very friendly with a beautiful smile. Thank you Mia for a great evening.
