Pizza was poorly put together. Ordered it last night and baked it tonight. All the meat toppings were loaded onto the middle. Except the pepperoni. Didn’t even cook even. Picked off several pieces of bacon. It was just fat. Very disappointed. Made a review earlier on customer service. This was before I saw how it was actually made. It was the all meat pizza.

I’ve ordered pizza for pickup from this location several times, and even though it’s a bit of a drive from my place, it has become my preferred Papa Murphy’s. They’re consistently open and reliable, unlike some of the locations closer to me that are often closed. My orders are always prepared well, packaged nicely, and ready on time. Very satisfied every visit.

Called in an order. Had to walk there to get it and it started raining. That put me about a couple minutes behind. I got there 1 and 1/2 minutes after they closed (8pm). I’d called my order in at about 7:15. They didn’t have the audacity to even call me or text me and decided to go ahead and close up (so I guess giving them my phone number is just for marketing). I arrived only to see my pizza sitting there with them telling me there was nothing they can do. They were closed! I guess their employee just wanted to eat a pizza for free that night. I walked a good mile and a half so that really made me happy to see that I did it for nothing. I have no idea why somebody left a youngster there to run their business. That’s how you run your business into the ground. Good job. I have let your corporate now and I gave a day for you all to reach out to me and you did not.

Always love getting Papa Murphy’s pizzas! So nice to have it ready and cook it when I want. I love to get a basic pizza and add my own toppings as well. The thin crust is yummy and has less carbs. The app makes it easy to order AND I earn rewards/discounts! :o)
