First off, our frappe’s were delicious! And the overall goat theme of this place is pretty cool! Lots of fun paintings and artwork. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of places for people who might just come to the coffee shop to work. There’s an upstairs seating area with a balcony that looks out across the road to the historic Carter house/battleground. Outside of the main entrance they also have some seating and bench swings. We loved it and can’t wait to go again!

Great coffee and even better service. Glad I asked for an extra espresso shot. It would’ve been pretty weak without it. I guess I’m not sure how espresso shots are measured but they explained that they put in a double shot to begin with and I was asking for another double shot. I watched it being made and they were not two ounce shots. I’ve measured with an 1.5 ounce shot glass for decades. Compared to other places I’ve been to in Franklin for the same exact order, we paid a good bit more here. It’d be hard to justify the cost to come back again. Service was the best around without a doubt.

Saw a review that said that visiting this coffee shop was a check on the reviewers bucket list. And, I’m gonna be honest, I scoffed at the idea that a coffee shop would be a bucket list check.

I’m not too big to admit when I’m wrong.

This was the best coffee that I’ve ever had – EVER. I consider myself a coffee snob and I truly can’t remember a better cup of coffee. It’s a darn shame I live in Wilson County. Maybe it’s a good thing. I don’t think my wallet could stand it if I lived close.

10/10. No notes! I will definitely be back.

This newer addition to the coffee house scene in Franklin is a winner on all accounts. Wonderfully personable staff, unique and tasteful setting inside and out, and fabulous coffee offerings make The Fainting Goat an unbeatable location for great coffee and a place to socialize. The place that gives you stars for your caffeine purchases does not hold a candle to The Fainting Goat. And in the Fall, don’t miss their incredible PSL!

Great coffee shop in Franklin. While the drip coffee I had was forgettable, the cappuccino was fantastic. I also had to try the croissant, which was still warm out of the oven. I was a bit surprised that it had a honey glaze. While it wasn’t amazing, it was certainly better than most croissants I’ve had in the US.

We initially planned on going to another Franklin Coffee shop, but we chose this one because it had ample parking. They even had a little park area as you walk in! If there is a long line or want, there is a QR code near the front door to order online.

What is the new go to place for a lot of my morning meetings as a freelancer. They have a lovely rooftop area where you can work on projects have client meetings all in a space that just simply wouldn’t work in other places that are too noisy.

DANG!! This coffee shop is so good I have nothing negative to say about it. First, the coffee is amazing. Not only do they have an excellent selection of specialty coffees, the taste of the coffee itself is outstanding. We took some fresh beans home and the coffee was fantastic. Sometimes you bring beans home from a coffee shop and the coffee doesn’t taste quite as good but this coffee was very good when we brewed it at home. We also liked that there is plenty of free parking. And to make it even better, there is ample seating both inside and outside. The outside is especially nice with Adirondack chairs and a terrace upstairs. You don’t have to feel cramped while enjoying your coffee. The space is very inviting and clean. Prices reasonable. There was a line out the door when my husband and I arrived around 10 am on a Saturday and I understand why. (Note, the line moved fast!) Can’t imagine anyone not liking it here. Next time, we’ll try the food.

Such an amazing spot in Franklin, TN.

I love the extensive outdoor space, especially the roof top area. I wish it would have been warmer out to enjoy our coffee outside.

Our lattes were great, and we really enjoyed our visit.

I’m obsessed!

Very nice place for having a very good coffee, from my point of view the best coffee in the Franklin area. The place itself is really nice for a chat, reading or working inside or outside. Greetings from Mexico.
