My wife and I ordered Dominoes last night on 4/25/25. The order #241 was a medium thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. Not only did the pizza come delivered over an hour late… it came in shambles spread all over the box as shown in the picture… if you look closely there was also white hair sprinkled all over it I don’t know what happened here if it was made that way at their store or if the delivery guy spilled it all over his car and put it back in the box or what… but that was absolutely disgusting to see!!
I called the store and told them what happened and how the pizza came delivered. Told them there is no way we are eating this… Miguel said he’s the manager and can refund the purchase and apply a credit on the account for a future order. That’s great… but that still doesn’t explain what just happened and how this is acceptable? Maybe it was an off-night, maybe a disgruntled staff member? Whatever it was, it was atrocious! Won’t be eating Dominoes for a long time after that experience! 0 out of 5 stars.

I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with the following toppings: pepperoni, beef, mushrooms, black & green olives. The pizza was hot and fresh when I picked it up. It was filled with flavor, and each bite has a good taste. The bottom was nice and yellow, but I wish it were more crunchy. It’s either the base was crunchy, or they put more pizza sauce so when I hold it up, the pizza folded down. The crust was delicious with all the garlic, butter, and other seasonings. The number of toppings was just right. I also have good experience and a with their customer services!

As a professional chef, I understand the challenges of running a high volume kitchen, and I respect the effort Domino’s puts into consistency, speed, and customer service. The delivery drivers have always been polite and prompt. The wings are surprisingly good. The cheesy bread hits the mark. But the pizza itself, and specifically the sauce is where things fall apart. It has a strange, overly sweet, metallic taste with heavy dried herbs that try (and fail) to cover up the lack of real tomato flavor. To put it bluntly, the sauce tastes like how a wet dog smells. It overwhelms the entire pizza in a way that’s hard to ignore. This isn’t a matter of personal preference , it’s a fundamental flavor issue. In 2025, with so many pizza options out there, it’s disappointing to see such a core component executed so poorly. Domino’s has nailed the delivery experience and built a strong brand, but this location is lacking. The sides shouldn’t be better than the pizza.
I’ll be ordering pizza again, because I don’t have a lot of options. But maybe revisit the quality and freshness of what you’re putting on it. Just my two cents.

P.S. I usually love Dominoes. Like I will argue for it in conversation and in court. I will promptly say it’s better than the Pizza Huts or the Poppa Johns. I will battle against little Caesars until death. But Dominoes Farmington is really missing the mark. Corporate, or upper management,, please fix these quality and freshness issues

I have several times ordered pilot knob’s dominos with no issues ever, but to me, I didn’t think sending a very burnt buffalo chicken pizza was necessary.. I would have accepted a longer delivery to make a new one than be delivered this burnt mess… Still support dominos, but this was disappointing.

Orders 3 of the 5.99 pizza. Really good. Hot food, evenly distributed toppings. Had my order ready quick. They couldn’t deliver because we are getting pounded by a winter storm. It’s April and it’s still winter: ( that’s Minnesota I guess. Impressed with the quality and friendliness of the staff

The food was really poor. Cuts were bad, we had to recut every piece. Toppings came in burnt. Pizza that wasn’t burnt tasted like the store is on budget cuts and lacked taste. Very bland. Everyone who had pizza complained of an upset stomach and no one finished the pizza. Entire party left hungry. Not worth the money or time waited for food. Bone in wings were soggy beyond normal. No one orders wings from here expecting Gordon Ramsey wings but wow. Pictures is just one pizza.

Quality of food at this dominos has been terrible the last few months. Multiple occasions of pizza not being made correctly or up to the order. Not going to make a huge deal out of it but this dominos is terrible at the quality of making their pizzas. If u want messed up pizza orders or anything then this is the place to go!

The folks who work at the desk are extremely undertrained and super rude. I have had bad experiences with this location many times. Product is decent. But the desk employees are extremely hard to deal with.
