What can I say! I’m a regular for a reason. I granparents had wanted to treat my daughter for the weekend since it was her birthday and I could choose no other place than the one I love! Today I had Helen and she was super. Like always the staff are not just likeable and good with conversing but you could always tell that they would go out of their way to make you feel included and apart of the club. So in reality, I didn’t have just Helen, I had, what it felt like was the whole staff. Everyone came around and made sure we were good the whole time. The teamwork used could never be questioned and it shows the live they have for their guests (or for better words, their family). Aside from Helen, i got to meet others such as Emily, Desiree, Yulia, Juan Carlos, Yilian, Mr . White, Brian. Kevin also came by the table a few times and had a few words here and there which was lovely. The general manager Idelys I met before was present, she seemed busy but it didn’t stop here from looking over with a pleasant smile as if she was making sure we knew the live was there and she was watching over us. Overall, nothibgbi say here is really new, this is somewhat a normal I feel and this is literally why I feel guilty when ever I am not in the area and am forced to choose something else accessible. Like always, the place is wonderful and in my eyes they could do no wrong ✨️ Kevin even made our cake extra special by adding his own little touch 8)

John was very attentive as our server. We came in as large group of 14. Joshua came to assist our group as well. The food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

I am a fan of seafood boils. I have been to other places and left feeling satisfied. My first time having the boil at Red Lobster even though I have seen reviews that rated your boils horribly. I decided to try it for myself. I had the Mariner’s seafood boil and was sadly VERY disappointed. The RL “butter blend” best described as oil and water. No flavor too thin not coating the seafood. Shrimp and lobster over cooked and crab cluster was tiny and barely had crab meat. I added sausage and was not told nor did it state on the menu it was spicy. I have severe acid reflux, and could not eat it. Overall – NEEDS ALOT OF WORK.
My date however was extremely happy with the Lobster Lovers.

Delicious Steak & Lobster special! Steven who was our server & bartender provided excellent service w/ lots of recommendations along with serving a delicious guava mojito!! Emily the hostess seated fairly quickly & the manager Kevin was awesome coming by to check on how the service and food was. All in all a great experience!! Look forward to coming back! I am so so surprised by this restaurant. The service my husband and i received here is like no other. It’s been a while since we have gotten such attentive servers. The food was great as well, especially the bread. Decor could be better, however for the service and food I feel the decor isn’t so important. I recommend this place for sure.

It was our first time at this red lobster and I got to say the service was great. Our server Yulia was very sweet and made sure we were always okay and fixed. The food was awesome and man those biscuits get better every single time. We could tell it was quite busy but nevertheless everything ran pretty smoothly for our table. The young man at the front lobby Diego managed to settle us pretty quickly and kept his cool with everyone even with all the chaos. I think it’s safe to say we’re looking forward to returning in the near future. Happy Valentines.

I’ve been a frequent customer at Red Lobster on North Kendall Drive, but my last visit was very disappointing. I ordered the feast meal worth $45 and immediately noticed that the food did not taste fresh. I mentioned my concern to our server, Guillermo, and the proper rule of thumb should have been to either inform a manager or provide me with a replacement option. Instead, a dessert was offered on the house, which I appreciated, but it did not resolve the issue with the meal itself.
When it came time to pay, we gave Guillermo a $100 bill and asked him to apply $80 toward the check and put the remaining balance on the card. He came back and said, “I’ll take the $20 as my tip.” That was not what we had asked for, and it left us in an uncomfortable situation. We didn’t argue just to avoid making things more awkward, but that is not acceptable service.
To add to this, the air conditioning in the restaurant was not working properly, making the entire dining experience hot and uncomfortable. For the prices Red Lobster charges now, the least customers should expect is good quality food and proper service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short.

Well fortunately, Red Lobster is a yearly Tradition every January 10th for my Brother’s Birthday!! “NO WHERE ELSE BUT R.L.” I guess it’s those darn awfully Delicious “Cheddar Bay Biscuits” Yum!
