Food quality continues to go downhill. I stopped getting the chicken sandwich because most of the time, the chicken breast was less than half the size of the bun! And now this! A cookout tray with DOUBLE up of bite, and THIS is what im given, SEVEN bites!!! Besides having orders handed iut incorrectly, food quality going down hill but same cost, its making it really difficult to want to continue spending my money here.

This was my first Cookout visit after it being recommended to me by multiple UVA students. It was indeed revolutionary. Portions were somewhat small, but because it’s so affordable, I’d just recommend loading up with multiple items. I got the Butter Finger milkshake and one of the combo meals and all were delicious. I love that they have so many flavors for the milkshakes.

I went to this cook out this evening to get food for my wife, myself and our Children we sat in line for 20 minutes before ordering. The employee at the Window was extremely polite that made the wait worth it. But when we got home my 8 year daughter opened her food and found a piece of metal sticking out of her Chicken nuggets. I am not happy about this if we didn’t see it she could have got hurt. I hope to hear from the upper management from this cook out to find out what happen and what there going to do to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

The food was fine my issue was when I went to the drive through a second time and let them know my order was messed up and I was met with a grinch of a woman who looked like she not only hated her job but also life in general. I heard her say to someone that I ordered double fries which is correct I did, but not for two orders, only one. It clearly says cheese bites per the photo. I got an apology from the girl at the window who really didn’t need to apologize bc she wasn’t the rude one. If you don’t like where you work then find another job but don’t be rude to someone when you made an order wrong then talk crap in front of the customer.

This was the best chicken that I ever tasted, when I tell you this chicken, it’s crispy seasoned and juicy. when you taste it its like you got hit you make that i got hit sound.
The biggest chicken tinder, i’ve ever seen, it’s a gotta try. We came from north carolina an was in florida for a vacation. So if you’re ever in florida, the orlando area this is a spot that you have to try. I give them a 10.

You still can’t eat inside or outside. There’s no seating. We ordered a barbeque plate with a bun & BBQ sauce. They were completely out of BBQ sauce & didn’t tell us until we realized we didn’t have any in our bag so we went back and told them and that’s when they told us they didn’t have any barbecue sauce at all and we asked to return our food which they did without complaining so I appreciate that

Our family was in a rush and thought “let’s try Cook Out one more time”! We refuse to eat at the one on Freedom Drive and the one on 150 located in Mooresville. It’s been a few months so we thought what the heck. Cook Out was a proud place at one time. Its standards were high and the food and customer satisfaction was priority. After paying for our food I quickly realized that my meat was blah and completely dry as if it sat on the line without getting stirred/mixed. They then proceeded to scoop it out without mixing it. The hot dog was just as bad. Cook Out needs a full revamp. The time and effort given to locations like University Charlotte should be the standard for the others. Just check your food before you leave. I expect more from the prominent Reaves Family!

Stopped for my daughter to get some lunch, took service 3 tries to get the order right. The 1st female employee copped an attitude when she brought the 1st order back, didn’t listen to what my daughter wanted to order and therefore 2nd order was wrong. We were there about 15 minutes just trying to get a cheeseburger. As much as we enjoy the food at Cookout, we won’t be returning to this specific one.
