We absolutely love this particular location and will pass several just to come to this one. The personnel are amazing, food is always fresh, and the wait time is never long. This location honors coupons and has a drive thru which is also great.

I have tried to eat here twice. This place has horrible capacity to handle its volume. There are too many call in or online orders to fill versus the number of employees. I never give bad ratings or reviews but the owner needs to be in their business making sure it’s adequately staff to handle the volume of business

The store was very clean, but my sandwich artist was TERRIBLE. He drenched my sandwich in mustard and olives! I wasted my time, money and now I’m hangry! Will not visit this location again! I wasn’t offered my receipt, so I had to reach across the counter to grab it myself. So frustrating!

Ordered twice on the app, for the correct location because the app gave us an error the first time after loading for 2 minutes. Bank account was charged twice. And they still refused to make the sandwich. 9 months pregnant and it was the first full meal I would have ate all day.
Besides the terrible customer service, the restaurant was filthy. It was obvious they did the bare minimum when cleaning and the food looked like it had flies eating on it all day. Ended up going to the Ryan st subway and a completely different experience. They will now become the subway to eat at.

I just ate a delicious sandwich foot long sub from your store on Prien Lake Rd. It was the hot honey crunch chicken and creamy siracho sauce sub. It was de–licious !! Thanks to the young man who served me at the window, too, he is very polite and has a great attitude and sense of humor !! Thanking him for the best super Sub I’ve ever eaten and will spread the word and definitely be back to try more.. thanks again for great food, great service !!

Husband just went there ordered a cold cut combo on white/Italian add pepperoni and pepper jack. Get home no turkey based salami. Only 2 out of the 3 meats that usually go on there. The pepperoni is extra so it’s considered a 4. Why do these restaurants keep cheating ppl out of their money or allowing workers that do prep to do the bare minimum and still have a job

I love the service and the food. But one complaint. The intersection from louisiana Ave and prien Lake Rd is a very dangerous intersection long long before subway. Now we have their bushes blocking the view of traffic. They are liable.

This is the friendliest Subway that I have ever been to. The guy who took my order through the speaker was very easy to understand and got my order right. It was a very nice experience for being a Subway, if all of the Subways were like this one I would eat Subway a whole lot more. I really like the selection of food, and the freshness available, it’s just that at most of the Subways the workers are rude. This one was a pleasant experience.
