Waited in the drive thru at the speaker for 5 minutes (nobody in front of me nor inside the lobby) and finally decided to come inside to see what the hold up was. Nothing. I ordered chicken nuggets with ketchup and they couldn’t be bothered to put any sauce in the bag. I asked for a small drink comp for my wasted time which they did give to me after some hesitation. Glad I don’t live on this side of town, my local Burger King is much better. I should have read the reviews before I came here because obviously they are notorious for being awful.

This sad tortilla has one lonely tomato slice, a few stray lettuce leaves, and something that might’ve once dreamed of being chicken. It looks like it gave up halfway through being assembled — like it saw the fryer and said, “Nah, not today.”

ordered four double plain cheeseburgers. No one inside no one in line and they took like 20 minutes to get us our food by the time we got our food it was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted and the burgers were overcooked. This place is trash and I do not recommend anyone eat there.

8am, hit drive thru for a quick bite. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, no other customer around and was told we had to wait because the eggs were not ready. This is not the first time having an issue at this location. Garbage spot.

This location always looks empty and I figured out why. My boyfriend and I stopped in to eat here and first the sewer smell was awful and second not a single employee greeted us. They was only one customer eating here so it wasn’t busy at all. We left without ordering and went elsewhere. From the reviews I guess this location is always like this unfortunately.

They decide to trick… by inserting smaller fry packages into the larger one… small into medium, it looks like you are getting medium fries. But realistically you got RIPPED OFF!!!!
this particular location sucks. I try not to go here because they suck. Food wise, portions and the smell.
The lady said they were understaffed. But that is a management or owner problem!!!

Nice location but I can’t hear the timid attendant at the register. I paid $3.49 for a drink that I can’t get ice with on this 113 degree day BUT I do get bugs. Literal bugs in my drink. Oh and if I wanted catchup for my absolutely cold dead fries I can just forget that too. How does this even happen? I understand the review score now. I honestly don’t look for things to criticize. This building needs to be closed and. Shut down. This is absolutely embarrassing.

I wish I could give zero stars or even half of a star. I spent over $60 and half my order was wrong. There was no bacon on any of our sandwiches and 2 out of 5 of our drinks were wrong with flavor and size
Upon getting to the window and after receiving our drinks, I asked the gentleman at the window if I could please get a few napkins to wipe the soda that was all over the outside of the cups. He tells me that napkins will be in the bags. I said I just wanted to clean the cups that were sticky with soda and he looked at me and closed the window. So very rude.
The kid at the window asks me to park in the front of the store. By the time I got home I realized the order was incorrect and I didn’t want to go back out I’m tired. I am however going to call and make a formal complaint. I was given 7 napkins and 1 sauce each which was 2 for a family of 5.
I spent money and didn’t even get what I ordered and I don’t feel like what I got was worth the money i paid. I will never go back here again and I would love to discuss this with their manager and tell them they need new staff. If you don’t like your job then get another one. Please don’t put your unhappiness on others.
