I don’t eat here often but when I do I always get the Southwest Shrimp Bowl. The rolls are so good. The service is good. We didn’t have silverware for a while but when the food came out our waiter quickly got it for us so I can’t really complain about my experience.

This location was within walking distance to the Hampton Inn my wife and I stayed at on 4 Oct. Turns out it was a great choice. We had excellent service, it was a very clean, well-run restaurant, and our food was outstanding. Great experience all-round. Hope Red Lobster continues to recover!

Our server was Alicia and she was phenomenal. She was very familiar with the menu. She made sure our biscuits were fresh and our drinks were never empty. We never had to call upon her because she consistently arrived at our table to ensure we had what we needed. She is an excellent server. You’ll have a great experience when you’re being serviced by her.

We’ve been going to the North Little Rock RL for many years, but haven’t eaten there for many months. For a while it was hit-and-miss for the quality of food, menu items, etc. I took the family and grandkids there tonight to celebrate my wife’s birthday (RL is her favorite place to eat). What a welcomed surprise to my expectations – lobster fest was in full swing, they had a new menu, great additions to the menu, and the food was outstanding. The best part of the RL experience was our server, Haleigh. She was upbeat, quick to help with questions about the different items on the menu, and kept us stocked with drinks and the incredible cheese biscuits. She checked on us frequently, and provided outstanding service and conversation. She’s one of the best servers I’ve had, regardless of venue. When you go to the NLR Red Lobster, ask for Haleigh.

Red Lobster customer service reached out to me and made things right very fast and nicely. Great customer service.
Went for Lobster Fest. I had the create your own 3 pick. Got 2 Maine tails and the new garlic butter lobster tail. Husband got surf and turf with lobster tail, steak, 2 kinds of shrimp.
The Maine lobster tails were great. The new garlic tail was overwhelmed with pre-made minced garlic. The bacon Mac n cheese was lacking flavor. Steak cooked to order. Shrimp were good. Coconut shrimp was flavorless. Biscuits were great as usual. Our waiter was so sweet and mindful. He kept my husband’s drink full, an important part of service to my husband. He was very polite and gentlemanly.
Place was very busy. Our food came out in a very timely manner. Would give 5 stars but not for extra cost sides that were lacking in flavor.

We had a delightful pre- Valentines dinner at this Red Lobster in North Little Rock . Crystal was our server and made our experience 5 star ! She is cheerful, clever, knowledgeable on the menu, detailed, very efficient with perfect timing! She is an excellent server and should train all servers everywhere! The Lobster Duo we got was sumptuous with a beautiful presentation as if it came from a top tier restaurant! We will be back thank you .

We were celebrating our anniversary and were treated like royalty by Amanda. She had a wonderful personality and stayed in touch with us checking if we needed anything. The food was wonderful. Our special evening was just better by her help.
