This location served us the most bland, flavorless breakfast I have ever tasted. The biscuits & gravy tasted like water & flour, scrambled eggs were runny/ watery, and the meat wasn’t edible IMO. The server was nice so she saved this review from being a 1 star. This visit was a roadtrip pit stop so luckily we won’t have a reason to come back.

Negative first: We have been 6 times to this location and it doesn’t matter if there is only 4 tables seated and 4 waitresses they will still take forever to get your drinks or order to you. It takes them about 8 to 10 minutes to even come to your table after you are seated and another 30 minutes to get your food after you order it. The biscuits and cornbread come out with a meal most of the time too even if you ask for them to be brought out before your meal. And if you do get something to drink before your meal comes out, you will only get that drink and not any refills until they come back to your table to give you your food in about 30 Minutes. I counted 11waiters and waitresses Last week with Only 9 Tables with customers at them, so It does not make any sense to me why people cannot get their drinks refilled or get biscuits and cornbread While waiting on their food. Also if you ask for Apple butter or ketchup or any condiment really when you place your meal you will also have to ask a couple more times even after getting your food to finally get what you ordered. I think they need training to write things down when ppl place their order and make sure it’s on the tray before bringing it to the table so they don’t have to make so many trips back to the kitchen for things they should’ve been brought to the table the first time.
*ON A POSITIVE NOTE: when the food finally does come it’s been good every time and the portions are good. THAT is why we keep coming back. Because we make a decision that the food quality is worth the weight we know we are going to have.
My husband tried the hashbrowns shepherds pie last week (Mind you, he is a man that has ordered the same two things from Cracker Barrel for the past 17 years) And he finally decided to try something new which was the shepherds pie. It comes out in a very decent size skillet Is loaded with flavor, And he said about 10 times while eating it that it was one of the best things he has ever eaten from Cracker Barrel. He does not even take home leftovers but did that time. My son got the Cracker Barrel sampler with meatloaf, homestyle boneless chicken breast, Loaded, mashed potatoes and home fries And he said it was good and fresh. And I got the pot roast with a side of Dumplings and everything was great!
I do definitely recommend coming and eating at this location So long as you are not pressed for time.

Disappointing experience, so bad that the manager made the meal complimentary. Here’s hoping they work out the problems. Server was relatively new and needed more support and training. She was overwhelmed with too many tables. They were out of some items. Ok, but you can’t wait to tell us that when you bring out the food. Most food was terribly overcooked, crunchy and dry–hash browns were edible, chicken was not. Small portions. I expect more from Cracker Barrel and I know they can be good. This one missed the mark.

I go to cracker barrel because I know what to expect, so I was disappointed that my gravy was visibly cold, you know what I mean. And my portion of hash brown casserole was minimal at best, Sounds like the kitchen is not running right, they’re stretching food out of laziness and lack attention to detail servings cold gravy, I know the waitress could see it. My sausage was blackened, ill pay more for hot food. Just do better for this cash.

Everything would have been great Except took 12-15 mins for us to be acknowledged after we were seated. Had to ask host two times for a Server.
Had to ask for several Different things
Did great on to go order and good at the end, you could see server talking to other servers chatting while we waited on a few things that could have been Brought.

Undercooked steak, threw in cup of potatoes instead of loaded baked one. Couldn’t eat 1/3 of steak because it was extremely rare, red on other two half’s, told Zack. Best he could do, refund what I didn’t eat, and I had to be there for that. Said he couldn’t call answering service refund meal or even part of it, when asked. I find that hard to believe, here’s pictures to prove it. Turnup greens look old and dried up. They even smell nasty and old. Won’t eat those either and also now the biscuit is hard and old. I like how they just pass off old food and expect you to walk back in rain to get money back. Thanks for ruining my dinner I paid over 25 bucks for tonight boss.

My wife and I have been eating a bit more frequently at Cracker Barrel and have really been pleased. Our recent meals have been delicious, the staff has been amazing, and this location, especially, has really been trying to do a great job. Super impressed and we’ll keep coming back!

Around 2pm after we had stop at 2 other Cracker Barrel locations. No very busy , No wait, got seated right away but SERVER DID NOT SERVE US AFTER SHE BROUGHT OUT OUR FOOD WHICH WE ORDER WITH OUR DRINKS. SHE SWITCHED US WITH A NEW SERVER WITHOUT EVEN LETTING US KNOW. WE HAVE TO ASKED A DIFFERENT SERVER FOR DRINK REFILL.

We typically eat at Cracker Barrel especially while on The road. Usually the food is great across the board, but recently that has taken a turn. We get the fish items from time to time for the health benefits. A few weeks ago our rainbow trout was dry. Yesterday we thought we’d try the grilled catfish. The texture was like trying to eat greasy fat that had been heated in a frying pan with very little taste. Neither one of us ate our fish. My vegetables were great. My companion had the broccoli which had noticeable brown spots on the flowers. She did not eat that either. The service was great, and we will undoubtedly dine at Cracker Barrel again but I think we will stick with breakfast.

Hottest CB biscuits in a long, long time! Food and service were great! Starr was our server. Best CB visit in years. Excellent service included a rewards app offer for free pancakes (no hesitation by our server to find out how to redeem it). I will go out of my way to visit this location again, given the opportunity. Thank you, Starr! We enjoyed it!
