Very kind and understanding staff. I would rather not get into specifics, but I was faced with a dilemma here and yet the service here was extremely patient, sincere, and helpful. I wish I knew the name of the kind woman that helped me, I would talk her up in this review. Everyone here is so kind and thoughtful, and the food has always been top-tier for Chick-fil-A.

This is the worst location in Lynchburg. Every time I come here and eat inside I always have to wait at least 10 minutes after I’ve received my food to get my drink. I don’t understand why they don’t deliver all items at once to your table. They are always lacking when it comes to providing service to people who are eating in. I repeatedly will have multiple workers walk right past me while I wait in line to receive a refill. The dining area is also typically a mess when I come in which can make it hard to find a clean area to sit and enjoy my food. It seems like leadership is lacking at this location. I continue to leave disappointed after each visit. It is incredibly frustrating.

I am very disappointed with this location time and time again. The last three times I have come, this location was extremely understaffed and the workers appear to have terrible attitudes when serving customers. I have dined in and picked up food to go, with all times resulting in frustration due to staff forgetting items with my order. It’s especially upsetting to dine in and receive your food, only to have to go back to the counter due to your drink being forgotten and then your food gets cold. This location either needs an adjustment with management or additional training on customer service skills. I hope improvements can be made.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience at CFa. I was driving by on a long trip and ended up stopping at this location. It was very understaffed and the food took a while to come out. We took the food out to continue on our drive and it was room temperature , the bread was old and falling apart, and fries were cold. While I love CfA this left a bad taste and I would recommend getting more staff and ensuring the quality of food is good.

Another fine example of the Chick-Fil-A experience. Stopped in on 12-11-18.Very busy for a Tuesday afternoon, but they have always have excellent staff assistance in directing traffic in the parking lot. This was complicated by the big snow storm from the day before, but it didn’t slow them down a bit. Inside the line went quickly and the order was ready surprisingly fast. They are always trying out new things. On this visit I found they added a mouthwash station option in the restroom,which was very nice. There is also a new type of trash can in the lobbtwith a motion sensor to open. Mixed feelings on that as I had to stoop over to use it.That could be helpful for others however. They are quite innovative at Chick-Fil-A. I look forward to my next visit.

No matter what. Chick fil a is efficient. Sometimes while I’m in line I place a virtual order and I get it before the cars in front of me have even moved up and placed their orders. The kids working there are always friendly and smiling. They make sure we have enough napkins and sauce before pulling off. If you eat at chick fil a lot of times… I recommend getting the app, you can rack up rewards points very quickly.
