Reviews
We called into The Henry located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino for a last day in the desert Brunch.
We had the Smoked Salmon Toast & The Corn Beef Hash & Eggs. We tried a side of Grits which were stone ground & very tasty. Our drinks we had their Toasted Marshmallow Irish Coffee & a Hugo Spritz which were both tasty.
It was great. Johnny our server was fabulous, kind & on point. Be sure to ask for Johnny if you call in for Brunch.
Reservations are highly recommended. We made ours & when we checked in the wait was 1 hour 40 minutes for those that did not consider reservations.
We had breakfast here on February 23, 2026 start out with anther waiter and then something happened. He had a leave and Sara stepped in. I believe she was a manager and she was super super nice. Can’t say enough about her. She made the experience more wonderful just with her personality and the food was excellent. We’ve been here before and the food is always good but when you run across someone with such a great personality, you want to go and leave a review so thank you for making the experience excellent
These donuts come out fresh, hot, and perfectly soft on the inside with just the right light crisp on the outside. The banana flavor is warm and comforting without being overpowering. Every bite tastes made-to-order, and they’re dangerously addictive. It’s one of those desserts you start eating and suddenly they’re gone before you even realize it.
There’s something about getting them late at night that makes them even better — whether you’ve been walking the Strip, watching a show, or just hanging out. It’s become a must-stop tradition anytime we’re there.
It’s been a while since I’ve had them, but I really hope they never take them off the menu. Some items are just too good to mess with, and these banana donuts are definitely one of them.
Their omelette was great! Their tater tot fries appetizer was great too.
Do not get the tomato soup lowkey very creamy which I don’t think pairs well with the the grilled cheese
The sandwich was good and also the short rib Benedict was good too.
Coffee, the biggest cup of delicious coffee I’ve had outside of a coffee shop. We all got something different and it was all superb.
Many thanks to our server Francis. So accommodating, friendly, big smile and did his job the way you wish everyone would.
It’s at 5! Hard stop pS we made a reservation as it’s hard to just walk in.
Once seated, our waiter greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. My wife and I shared the Braised Short Rib Benedict and the French Toast, and both were absolutely incredible. The Benedict came beautifully plated with tender braised short rib layered over a crispy potato cake, topped with perfectly poached eggs and a rich, velvety hollandaise. Every bite was perfectly balanced with the savory short rib and the crunch of the potato base soaking up the jus underneath.
The French Toast was just as impressive, featuring thick golden slices topped with fresh strawberries and bananas, toasted hazelnuts, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The whipped cream on top added the perfect light sweetness, and the syrup on the side was a nice touch for anyone wanting a little extra indulgence.
We also enjoyed some late-morning cocktails that were just as well-executed as the food, balanced, refreshing, and perfectly matched to the relaxed brunch vibe. Overall, The Henry delivered an exceptional breakfast experience with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s an easy choice to return next time we’re staying at The Cosmopolitan.
