Visited Denny’s during the night shift, and my server Sara was outstanding. From the moment I sat down, she was warm and welcoming—asked about my night, and brought everything promptly.
The place wasn’t packed (typical late-night), but she still made sure everything was perfect: hot food, clean table, and even a quick chat that brightened the mood.
Food was standard Denny’s (good burgers and breakfast plates), but Sara elevated the whole visit. If you’re out late, ask for her section—you won’t be disappointed!

The only reason they got two stars is the waiter was fairly polite and they got my cracked eggs right. Why they got 2 stars? Toast. The most basic thing a dinner is known for and one of the most important parts. I ordered a muffin with my all american slam and the cook could not be bothered to slice it open and put it in the toaster. Yup just one garbage dough un toasted piece of bread.

My husband and I were served by Cullen. He provided exceptional service! His attentiveness to our drinks and anticipating needs was outstanding. Cullen’s positive attitude (friendly, kind, energetic), knowledge (menu recommendations), efficiency, and going “above and beyond” to make sure we were happy definitely exceeds a five star!! He was all smiles which makes it even better. He and my husband joked and laughed the entire time. We definitely recommend asking for Cullen to serve you!!! You won’t be disappointed!!! My steak was perfectly cooked. A lot of times people get med rare wrong. But they got it perfect. The staff was helpful and amazing. I was feeling very down being far from home but their kindness helped. Keep leading, they will follow.

We had a great experience here at dennys in horizon. Our server Sandra was fantastic was able to speak Spanish to communicate with my mom. Excellent service in getting all of our food on point and wasn’t missing anything. The GM ms Jessica came to see if everything was good and we told her no it wasn’t… it was fantastic and absolutely amazing. This is our closest dennys and will be the one we will attend more often.

Service at this Dennys was the worst I’ve had in a restaurant. It took the bigger lady a long time to ask for our drinks, longer to get them to us and somehow even longer to take our order.. even though there were only 4 tables taken when we walked in and 3 servers. When we asked her to take our orders, she wrote nothing down and pretended to remember them. In hindsight I believe she had no intention to remember (reason in a bit). 30 minutes later the place is empty and after being ignored several times we decided to leave. Walking up to the register, i say hi to another waitress and literally responds with “ugh” so i ask what’s wrong and she tells me she hasn’t checked in. I tell her we’re leaving and she gets our original waitress (who’s behind talking to two other employees) and all she says, ” I put your order in” and tells me my total is $15.. Its beyond frustrating being insulted and treated my time like trash. I would be mortified if any of my employees treated a customer half as bad as this place. Oh and if for some reason you eat here, don’t sit under the big light fixtures. Unless you like to look at bugs.
