“DELECTABLE!”
On Friday, March 14, 2025, I decided to stop at Subway restaurant in Pulaski, TN, for a meal during a return trip back to my home state.

That was only my second Subway meal in many, many, MANY years. (And, my first Subway meal in all those many years was at this very same Subway restaurant during my initial drive to my destination during this out of state trip just a few days earlier. By the way,  that initial order—days earlier—was a drive-thru order.)

For both visits, I chose a Meatball Sub Sandwich. And, for both of these subs, I had them add several unconventional items to it (like spinach, peppercorn ranch dressing, etc.).

As you can probably surmise from the back-to-back trips to Subway, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed both sub sandwiches, as did my traveling companion—a relative. (My relative ordered a different sandwich going to our destination, but she ordered the same one as I did upon our return trip home.)

So, thank you very much, and compliments to you and your entire team at Subway restaurant, in Pulaski, TN, for a very, VERY enjoyable dining experience!

Rude employees, overcharged for a sandwich that was supposed to have extra meat that wasn’t there. They literally have a cover around the meat and cheese area so you can’t even see how much they put on your sandwich.

They have a terrible employee who likes to be rude and threatened people they call her sunny but there is nothing sunny about her we will never eat there ever again. She threatened my future wife through me and followed me home she a dangerous person and scared for our babies. They gave her the job back after she tried to fight employee at the Walmart location all the other employees there need to be careful she is messy and a bully

I actually like this location but I’m giving it 1 star because more than once have they accepted my mobile order and then closed early before I could pick it up. They didn’t even bother calling me either. There were other people in the parking lot that also placed a mobile order and weren’t able to get theirs either. What a joke. The worst part is I used $4 worth of rewards points on this order. If it wasn’t showing the sandwich as ready then I’d think they were closed before I placed the order, but they were definitely open and made my sandwich. Closed within 30 minutes of me placing the order too. I’ve seen 5 cars pull up since I’ve been sitting here too so this is pathetic

There is hair in our food. We placed an online order Friday (8/23); called back up here within minutes of picking up the order, asked to speak to a manager & someone named Debbie came to the phone. After we explained finding the hair, Debbie offered to replace the cookies we ordered. We refused to accept that “solution” because biting into food that has someone else’s hair in it is obviously disgusting & unsettling, to say the very least. Debbie said she understood and told us to come in for a full refund; we couldn’t come that day because my girlfriend was physically sick.

We came in today (8/25) to get the refund and were immediately met with rude looks because of the return bag full of food in my hand. I spoke to both women behind the counter and neither spoke back. I explained to them the situation, they confirmed the manager’s name and made a call. One of the employees came back with an iPhone trying to hand it to me saying the manager wanted to speak with me. I declined the call because I had already spoken with someone who said they were the mgr & we just wanted the situation to be corrected as it should have; an apology & full refund. Truthfully, they could keep the apology but the attempt would have been way better received than the reality of what occurred here today.

The manager Debbie Glover stormed into the establishment moments later, in plain clothes & completely unprofessional; she wasn’t apologetic, she didn’t assess the situation at all. She came in saying “I spoke to the owner, he said the only thing I can do is replace the cookies”; anyone with common decency & a remedial level of customer service would see the obvious answer would be to refund the customer and apologize for both the inconvenience & the undue stress of the situation.

The owner Al Patel was on the phone with Debbie telling her he “can’t” refund our order, only replace the cookies with more stale cookies; he owns the franchise, he very well could have just given us our money & let the situation be done. Furthermore, why would we want more food from them? The cookies on display were visibly old and the entire sub prep-bar had outdated ingredients. Typically, I would think this is a training or staffing issue but this seems to be how they routinely operate which is not only disgraceful, but an actual health hazard.

After repeatedly declining more nasty cookies, I asked Debbie if she would want food with hair in it; she said no. I asked if she would want her family to be sick under the same circumstances, again, she said no. No one in that entire establishment would want the same experience for themselves but they have no problem doing it to others. Noted. Once Debbie could see the conversation wasn’t going the way she wanted it to, she yelled at me to “leave HER store”…as she’s here….on her day off…taking orders over the phone…from the actual & equally disappointing owner. Debbie is delulu. She also said she works at Wal-Mart; if this is true, she’s doing a horrible disservice to both brands by attaching her name to them. I’ve never in my life seen such an awful representation of “management”. She’s just sad.

I said all that to say, avoid this “business” at all costs. They have nothing to offer but:
-lies, fairytales & fallacies
-deceptive business practices
-outdated/stale cookies
-crusted over, spoiling food in the dirty sub bar
-a crumb infested dining room
-shedded hair in their customer’s food
-rude employees (specifically Ritaa)
-a failure of a “general manager” that can’t even manage herself, more or less, an entire store

Enter & “eat fresh” at your own risk.

I never want to post a bad review but this is a horrible sandwich that cost us over $10. We eat here pretty often & have never had a sandwich this bad. I got a steak flatbread toasted. The steak was cold. The bread is so hard it cut my upper gums. And the tomatoes were mushy. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Got over charged for a regular 12 inch turkey sandwich that was rung up as “titan turkey sub”. I know it’s just two extra dollars but it’s the principal of the matter. This franchise shouldn’t be trying to decive people like this. Apparently anytime you order a turkey sub here they will charge you for a titan sub and not give you the extra meat but charge your for it. The employee said “that’s the way I was told to ring it up.”
Also no refunds are given and they are just stealing money. The owner Debbie Glover needs to stop this because it’s ridiculous and an embarrassment to the subway franchise. Don’t tell your employees to overcharge people when they don’t put the extra meat on it, that’s just straight up stealing.

Ordered the Titan described as 33% more meat 2x the cheese. I was not expecting a huge sandwich but NO cheese, 4 slices of turkey and very little lettuce. Did Door Dash can’t speak to employees but seems no standard for quality
