I hit ramen hot pot— solid 8/10. I’ve had better. The broth was great but the noodles weren’t. Not terrible just not the best I’ve had. Worth going to lunch versus the dinner pricing.
The restaurant itself is great — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I really liked that you can mix your own sauces or simply follow the recommended recipes provided, which makes the experience fun and easy.
I chose the Tom Yum Thai hot pot, and it tasted amazing — flavorful, aromatic, and well balanced. The BBQ meats were also very good, fresh and satisfying.
What impressed me even more was the variety: French fries, oranges, grapes, cakes, and ice cream were all available, making it a perfect all-in-one dining experience.
Overall, great food, great service, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend KPOT to anyone looking for Korean BBQ and hot pot in NYC.
They give you a tablet to place your order for soup bases, meats, veggies, noodles, and vegetarian options. It’s all you can eat, which is great. Drinks are ordered through your server. I got the Red Bull Berry Daze, which is non-alcoholic, but they also have cocktails, beer, soju, and sake.
At the end of your meal, you can grab fruit, cake, or ice cream at no extra cost. For a one-person hot pot, a drink, and tip, it came out to about $56. Considering it’s all you can eat and everything comes out piping hot, it felt worth it, especially on a cold and rainy day.
I was dining solo this time, so I stuck to hot pot, but the KBBQ looked really good at the other tables. I’d definitely come back.
We did the all-you-can-eat KBBQ and hotpot option so they put us in two 6 people booth next to each other. We were impressed with the large selection of meats and veggies for the hotpot and kbbq. All the food was fresh and delicious. We also liked the option of everybody having their own small pot for hotpot. There were tons of toppings and sauces at the sauce bar to make our own sauces and there were also some fried foods (fries, coconut shrimp, scallops, etc.) on the side. After the main foods, we went to the ice cream freezer to get desserts. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend and go back.
We came in with a huge company holiday lunch, and Daniel and Vincent went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, organized, and handled our large group with professionalism and a great attitude, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Their excellent service truly stood out and made our holiday gathering even more special. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend KPot to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.
