One of the best places for tacos in Idaho falls. I tried shredded beef, chicken, and marinated pork tacos. Shredded beef was my favorite. They also have a fried tortilla taco with brisket served with soup/ gravy. It was delicious.

Lost a customer for life
Wheather a bad casheir or a stupid policy garcias proved to me my value as a customer. I bought a tortilla maker for $80. Cast Iron. Turns out it has a big blemish where you flatten the tortillas.
No brainer return. Just swap with one on the shelf. The blue haired cashier points to a tiny little sign saying no refunds. No changing her mind. $80 down the drain

We got a couple of burritos to go from this place. We ordered the lengua burrito and the Cabeza burrito. Both were nine bucks apiece. Which is a little on the higher side for burritos for most places, but these burritos also had lettuce, sour cream and guac in them. However I felt like they could’ve used a lot more meat inside the burritos. The flavor for the meat was good but not as strong as I expected. The green salsa they give you is amazing, give it a try

I’m a big fan of Garcia’s Cocina. The tacos are really great. The woman that helped me order spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. There’s lots of seating and the restaurant is clean. This is real Mexican food, and it’s delicious. Don’t be scared; the front is a market with traditional mexican ingredients. Walk to the back like you own the place and you’ll find the restaurant. Go check it out!
