And there was still raw chicken coating on the sandwich. The fries weren’t close to fresh, and looked like they needed extra cooking time. All and all, I lost $9 and my appetite to eat at this location again.
1st time was daytime.
Everything was great.
2nd time was at night, three cars were ahead of me and I waited for approximately 20 minutes at the speaker with no service. The cars ahead of me didn’t move either I drove away.
3rd time was in the evening.
Food was good but the service sucked and we waited over 20 minutes for our food.
my items were not tampered with.i would never orderase from here again!!
My boyfriend and I ordered online the Hot Ones collab items: 1 chicken sandwich meal with Cajun fries, 2 orders of the chicken dippers, side of Mac and cheese, and the wings. Not only was the meals supposed to come with specific sauce for that collab (hot ones last dab ranch) but we ordered a few sauces on the side because we like to try different sauces.
When we got to the window, they said they didn’t have the chicken dippers. Fine, whatever. She asked what we wanted instead, I said we’ll just take another chicken sandwich MEAL (we compared the prices before picking, getting another meal still would have meant we lost money but that’s fine)
We never got ANY sauces, instead they threw a bunch of honey and 2 Louisiana hot sauce packets in the bag. We got 3 chicken sandwiches, none that were even the correct sandwich that we ordered and to top it off, a long curly hair on one. Yum! Didn’t receive the extra fries for the meal that was supposed to be substituted, which in the end didn’t even matter because they tasted so bad and didn’t even have Cajun seasoning on them.
This place desperately needs to be either under new management or shut down.
And save the generic, automated response on all of these reviews. Giving you my exact date and time of order will not solve any of these on-going issues this place has, obviously.
The nice man taking orders was friendly. Kinda goes without saying, but you can really smell the chicken in the building. Weird there was no cup lids holder instead just having them on a dine-in tray. Didn’t have to wait long on my order, probably just over 5 minutes.
Chicken was crunchy, fries were cooked & seasoned nicely, and Mac & cheese had lots of cheese. If I had butter with my biscuit, I probably would’ve liked that more.
Overall, pretty good first visit
