I ordered a simple meatball sandwich for pickup last night. When I got back to my hotel, the meatballs and marina sauce were cold like they had just come out of a refrigerator and there was also pepperoni on the sandwich. It was disgusting. How do you mess that up? Or maybe let your customer know that the meatballs aren’t hot so I can choose something different. Ridiculous

So I just went into our local Subway at 7:20 p.m. and asked the sandwich prep guy for a footlong meatball sandwich he looked straight at me and said I’m sorry we’re out of meatballs all I have is the marinara sauce. I looked at him and asked are you serious and he said yes I’m sorry! Now get this they don’t close till 10:00 p.m. there was no one else in line behind me sure they were fixing sandwiches for an elderly couple ahead of me but I would have wait patiently had the gentleman went back to thaw more meatballs but he didn’t even ask if I wanted to wait or had any other sandwiches that I might have wanted he just went over to the toaster oven and ignored me. Very disappointed

Female working line was friendly and polite, but male at end of cash register was where my problem was. He was working register and putting toppings on sandwiches. Not once, while waiting for other people or doing my sandwich, did he change his gloves. That is disgusting! Handling money, touching register and handling food. Needs more training and/or education.

Stopped in at the Subway in Torrington, WY for a quick bite to eat today. The dining area was clean and staff was friendly. All of the vegetables looked fresh and clean. The food was consistent with what you can find at other Subways.

Have ordered many times and have never had my order correct recently ordered and had it delivered when I got my food it was completely wrong. So I called into the store and someone answered and I asked for a manager I was put on hold and they ended up hanging up. I called back several times and no answer. The staff is very rude, never seems to be anyone in charge or they just don’t want to deal with incorrect orders. Worst subway around.

Day shift does good but night shift….An hour long wait for 1 6inch sandwhich online pick up, went at designated time was told they have too many online orders and “its going to be a long wait”… waited 30 minutes, came back still wasn’t ready, waited 30 more minutes and it was finally done…. but it seems they went rogue making it putting whatever topping and sauce.
