The Baconator is my favorite, meaty, juicy, and a lot of bacon better than some of the high-end restaurants around here. I never get disappointed, coming here to Wendy’s, especially with breakfast. The girls are nice and super sweet I got a coupon for a free small frosty, and went in the morning to get one they were still able to give me a frosty even though it’s meant to be served at lunch. ❤️

Bad Service!!! 48 MIN WAIT!!! for food order to be fulfilled, and I had to go inside to get it myself as they never delivered it to the mobile parking area… I was the 3rd person complaining about my order. What looked to be manager’s, did nothing to help the young lady who was dealing with the, “where’s my food inquiries”, while trying to fulfill dine in orders… the one “manager” who got close enough to read the name tag, Evelin, asked “is everything okay” to which I responded I had been waiting for 48 min. All she could do was make a face to the other “manager” who did not bother get close to assist with the obvious break in the service chain… 2nd bad experience. No review on the 1st one, as benefit of a doubt was given, but Unfortunately no more… This location has a long way to go before it provides adequate customer service in the food service industry, and it all starts at the top.

Having never tried the Wendy’s from Rio since it was opened. I decided to try them out today. I placed an order online and selected Delivery as I could not pick up due to my work schedule. I assumed that delivery was made by the restaurant but found out soon after that it was made through Door Dash. To my disappointment, when the order arrived it was an order belonging to another customer. I called during my lunch break to let Wendy’s know that I had received the incorrect order and the person helping me on the phone (with attitude mind you and made the situation frustrating), she said that the Door Dash driver took the incorrect order and pretty much blamed the driver for the mistake, therefore they did not take responsibility and no compensation was offered. Being a business owner, I understand mistakes do happen, but this is beyond a horrible experience and will no longer eat or order from Wendy’s. I hope they see this and realize their customer service skills are not great and I hope they take more responsibility for mistakes that happen at their location and learn to appropriately handle those situations. It’s very unprofessional for you to be blaming others for YOUR mistakes. A very disappointed and unsatisfied customer, never again.

Worst wendys I’ve ever been to, got to drive thru “can I help you?” Was a bad start got my order to be missing my chicken blt and burger had half a tomato and half a slice of lettuce. Never had this happen at a wendys.
