What an amazing dinner we had tonight at the Red Lobster over by Countryside Mall.
Richard was our server and he went above and beyond. He was pleasant, funny, and I hope Richards working next time we go in.
The cook tonight cared about our meals, obviously. The pics tell it all. We had lobster, shrimp, steak, samon, and more…
Every bite was an explosion of flavor.
My wife and I both agreed, Our best meal out in 2025. It was an amazing meal. We feel blessed and appreciative.

Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars on this visit. The main reason is that we found a long hair in my wife’s food, which was very disappointing.
That said, I want to highlight that our server was outstanding. She was very attentive, kind, professional, and courteous. Without a doubt, the service was the best part of our experience. As soon as we informed her about the issue, she immediately replaced the dish with a new one, which we truly appreciated.
However, even though the situation was handled quickly, finding a hair in the food takes away the enjoyment of the meal. For me, it raises concerns about hygiene in the kitchen, as this type of issue can usually be prevented by following proper food safety practices, such as wearing hair protection while cooking.
If this incident had not occurred, I would have given 5 stars without hesitation, as everything else pointed to a great dining experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am sharing this feedback in a constructive way, with the hope that it helps reinforce kitchen hygiene standards and prevents this from happening to other guests.
I would consider returning in the future, hoping this does not happen again.

The food and drinks were absolutely not the best, the whole presentation and quality was just not good. Calamari was so dry and distasteful the only thing that was good was the bread and the service from our waiter

She’s waited on us a few times,love it, she is one of the best bartender, her kindness, her attentiveness, and the way that she makes you feel extremely welcoming!!

We had 4 and celebrated a birthday. Great place and our server Bill was fantastic and made the Birthday girl feel great, He is an excellent server, and the specials were awesome

Went on a Wednesday afternoon.Took about 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. Had about 5 tables and someone at bar. Seemed to be 1 host and 1 waitress who seemed a Lil busy. Told waitress don’t worry take your time we were catching up on not talking in few months. She seemed grateful saying they weren’t expecting to get so busy… Overall it was really good tasty hot food,but boy did prices go up,mind you we got more expensive items but dang. Not even a salad to go with it. I remember the days red lobster was thriving and had a waiting list. The prices explain why. Waitress was great!!!

My daughter and I have gone to this Red Lobster twice now, and somehow we’ve had Bill both times—which honestly made the whole experience.
He is just so warm, kind, and easy to be around. You can tell he cares, and he keeps that same sweet, positive energy even when things get busy or other tables aren’t the easiest. It never feels forced—he’s just genuinely that gracious.
Both times we left thinking how nice it was to be taken care of by him. I would absolutely come back and honestly would hope to have Bill again, because you just know you’re going to have a pleasant, easy experience.
He really stands out in the best way.

Ashley J. took wonderful care of us during our visit for dinner. I had some questions about my reward points, and she patiently helped me sort everything out. Her professionalism and kindness made the process easy, and we truly appreciated the attentive service. On top of that, we enjoyed some of our favorites, the seafood mushrooms, salmon bowl and shrimp platter, which was delicious. Thanks to Ashley, we left feeling satisfied and well taken care of. Highly recommend her!

I got the shrimp trio and my husband got the seafood boil. It was his first ever seafood boil. Ashley gave a great recommendation on spice level and which butter to select. Our drinks and biscuit basket always stayed full.
We will be back because of the food, service, and great atmosphere.
