We had a group of 6 today and the servers were very patient and cooperative. I would like to shout out Edgar for being such a hard working server. His work was effective, quick & overall amazing. He executed his tasks perfectly and I hope he gets a raise! Food was very good too. Although, I do wish it was less salty, I loved it!

A big shout out to Brayan and his support team! We had a great early Valentine’s Day celebration with our tween kids on Wed 2/11. Brayan was kind, attentive, and served us a great meal. He even included a little extra treat for our kids, which made their day. He clearly puts in 110% at his job and we were happy to recognize that!
The food was hot, fresh, and the bottomless pancakes were a solid hit, too.

This was one of the best IHOP’s I have been to. We were greeted quickly by our waiter who sat us quickly and continued to give amazing service! He is the late night waiter and his sweet tea is delicious! We ordered the pancake combos and the 2x2x2. Delicious and cooked well breakfast spread. But the cookie butter pancakes were the star! Run fast and order you some before they are gone! The parking can be intimidating but there is a street entrance as well as an entrance from the apartment garage that leads to the parking lot.

Food was good. Service sucked. Sever was not very unwilling to listen and untrusting. Treated us like we some kind of dine and dich homeless people. Super insulating and condensing, would not let us leave the table till we paid the bill! I was sick and just need to use the restroom. Forgive me for not feeling well… Overall rank: F-
To the manager/franchise, review your policies and wait staff they are not doing you any favors. Oh and if this is truly how you choose to do business, you probably will not be doing it long.

But since you will never talk to me on there now I have to post here it seems… (Wish I could have just talked to a person… But here it goes) I was ill after a medical appointment and needed to use the restroom. Your staff would not left me leave the table to use said restroom until we paid.

I just watched a lady and possibly her son come in to sit down and eat and the lady mentioned to the server. Her disability believe it was a mental health, not sure, wasn’t trying to overlisten, and tried to reseat herself at the end of the aisle. And one of the servers came over and told the family very rudely, where did you just come from? What you need to go back there now. And the lady kindly said, can’t I just sit here. This is more comfortable for my disability. And he snapped at her and said, no, you need to go back to that station. And the lady said, I’m not comfortable doing that. Can you have your manager come? And she was denied the mes. Manager, the man yelled and embarrassed her in front of all of us, stating the managers at the store.And he didn’t care if she ate there or not.So I won’t be coming again. Besides that, it’s hard to enjoy your food when they’re using fabuloso as they’re cleaner.That is not state mandated or approved.You can barely smell the food or taste it.It just fabulous overpowered all over the store

Came to this IHOP location across the street from the southeast corner of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Veterans Administration medical facility combined campus on a Sunday morning for an early (7:30am) breakfast. Was seated without any wait, and staff were attentive and friendly. Menu has a good variety of meal choices – pancakes, crepes, waffles, omelettes, etc. for breakfast, burgers and sides for lunch, and full-plate steaks and chicken dishes for dinner. This location is 24 hours/7 days a week. Compared to other IHOP locations where I have previously dined, this location is clean and has an airy, open floor plan and tables/seats that are spaced out nicely across the dining area. There is plenty of free parking outside which is shared with other businesses adjacent to IHOP. Not to shabby and so, will return.

I have yet to dine in but pretty sure it’ll be a good experience.
The music was even great however I’m a product of the 70’s so this factor can differ for different folks with different strokes
However I stand behind this established any day all day even on my Birthday
Oh yeah,did I mention that they are a 24 hour establishment?

Update: So apparently, IHOP thought it would be a good idea for me to use the link in their reply and give them more feedback, which I did. Then, at the end, it said they were going to have the manager reach out to me in a few days. We’ll the manager called me today and asked me about my experience from last time. I tried explaining to him about my food and how disappointed I was with the portions of my Grandslam Breakfast. Everything was going well until he decided to start interrupting me when I brought up Dennys and before I can explain anything he got all defensive and started interrupting me so I asked him are you going to let me finish talking and answering your questions or keep interrupting he said go ahead and finish so when I started talking he started talking again interrupting me so I told him apparently your not going to let me finish my conversation. So I told him I was done talking to him and hung up. So what was the purpose of calling me, waking me up only to get even more insulted by this rude manager who seems to only want to hear himself talk and make it seem like it’s ok. Just stay away from IHOP. You want a real breakfast go to Ranch House on Syracuse St and E Colfax Ave at least they give you good portions, food is excellent and the service here is old school and know how to treat their customers.
When we first moved into the neighborhood, we tried this location and ended up leaving due to the service. The waitresses kept walking past us, never stopping to even offer us water. So we never came here until about a week ago and Oh’boy that was a mistake. We decided to stop in and try their breakfast here, and that’s where the disappointment came in. I asked our server about the portion sizes on their hashbrowns on the Grandslam Breakfast since they seemed small in the pictures he told us they are usually 4oz but can be a little more sometimes so I decided that wasn’t going to be enough for me so I ordered extra and since it had only tro eggs I ordered two more sunny side up. When we finally got our food, it was a disappointmentment. First off, my egg yolks were broken, which I hate and made it apparent. The hash browns weren’t even close to being the same amount, at least not 4oz on my plate. The side hash had way more than on my main plate, got to little sausages, the so called two bacon strips looked like they took one nacon strip and tried tearing it apart to make two, then the ham was just as bad looked like they stook a whole slice of ham cut it in half then took a piece of the half of ham and cut it again and served it to me. I’ve never seen such tiny sausage, bacon, and ham in my life. I felt like I was a kid getting a kids’ meal, and since the pancakes were unlimited, I pretty much got my fill on those cause it sure wasn’t anything else. The only thing positive about this time was the excellent service we got from Luis. He was one of the best servers I’ve ever met, kind, polite, and very tentative to our needs. He would be the only reason I’d come back cause it sure ain’t the food, that’s for sure. Last, if you’re looking for a good meal and portions, this isn’t the place to find it since they can’t even do a sunny side up egg without it being broken and dried up. Save your money and go someplace else. Oh, and the manager seems to have a preference on who he talks to too. He introduced himself to everyone else but us. He skipped our table and moved on. I wonder why?
