Good morning, Arizonans and visitors. If you want GREAT FOOD, WONDERFUL TOP-TIER TABLE SERVICE and an awesome gathering of happy customers PLEASE come to IHOP at the intersections of Baseline and Val Vista! There are so many perfectly-priced entrees and side items for the whole family. I’ve been coming every Tuesday morning for weeks now and have enjoyed every moment. Oh yeah, the music is great, too. Please give this location a try – you won’t be disappointed. The management here shows they care about their customers. Thank you, IHOP. Ask for Maggie or Dana to wait on you. I’m making my way around the dining room so there will be more servers to meet. ☺️

Came to eat with the family and had a great experience! Dana was amazing — she was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Her attitude was friendly, attentive, and professional. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of the entire time. Definitely appreciate her excellent service. We’ll be back!

Yuri and Dana the waitresses were so nice and awesome they welcomed me with big smiles and comfort the drink Yuri made me the blue raspberry lemonade topped with strawberry’s and lemon was delicious and Dana was so kind and so sweet to me they both are I’m gonna continue coming here just for them they are awesome I love seeing the waitress Yuri smile it warms me seeing that smile her smile could lighten up the whole place and like always the strawberry banana pancakes were amazing if anyone sees this review it’s worth the trip in the morning to come see and be served by these wonderful waitresses

Arrived around 9:45. Was seated pretty quick but took about 20 min to get water. 45min to take our order then received our food at 11:20am. Yes I know it was busy but this didn’t just happen to us. The customers sitting around us waited just as long. When I got my sandwich this is what it looked like. Mind you I haven’t even eaten any part of my sandwich. My server finally came around and she gave me the worst attitude like “what do you want me to do about it? I can go ask the cook!” She took the food back.

Our server GEO was extremely kind, friendly and patient while I decided what to order. Then she also made my meal customized…..and she was happy to do it. I’ll be back! Kudos to IHop for Geo!!!

Banana pancakes with strawberry, banana and whipped cream topping were delicious. Eggs were perfect and hash browns as well. Decaf coffee was perfectly hot and fresh. Service was great once we were seated. Only downside was that it took quite a while to be seated once we got there. The restaurant was empty, but it still took a while to be seated. After that, everything was great.

Hubby had a gift card for us to use so we went to IHOP this morning. Hubby wanted pancakes. The food was good. The service was good. It wasn’t crowded and it’s wheelchair friendly for the most part.

Jasmine was an awesome server. She greeted us with a smile and checked on us every 10–15 minutes. We never had to wait or ask for refills — she was on top of everything. Really great service!
