I know my rotini is gf but why did I get soo much less than the ziti? And it doesn’t taste like the rotini is done. It’s like one time they are good and the next time not so much. But at least today I didnt wait forever in my car for them to bring it to me. And the more I ate the pasta was half crunchy and half mostly done. I’ve ordered this before and it was good for gf. Unbelievable… smh. I also love how no management replies to any reviews. Smh.

I visited Olive Garden in Douglasville Ga tonight with a friend and my daughter, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
When we were seated, the silverware we were given had dried food on it. That immediately set the tone. After we placed our drink and appetizer orders, it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. When they finally did, my daughter was given the wrong drink. The waiter admitted he forgot what she ordered.
We ordered two appetizers, but only one was brought out. We had to ask for the second one. When our main meals arrived, there was no salad and no breadsticks. I finished my entire meal before breadsticks were ever brought to the table. I then had to call the waiter back to ask for the salad.
When the salad was finally brought, there was no serving spoon. I also had to ask for plates, and we waited approximately 25 minutes just to receive salad plates. By that time, the experience was already frustrating.
Throughout the meal, we were never offered drink refills. The service overall was inattentive and disorganized.

Ok, I have been eating at this Restaurant for over 10yrs and never heard a waiter or waitress state we have to take your soup bowl to the back and refill it on all you can eat until the dishes are clean. This location I visited twice and the first visit they ran out of spoons and the second visit they ran out of bowls. Not to mention I paid at the kiosk and the receipt didn’t print out and I didn’t want to bother the waitress but I had to ask for a printed receipt and of course she gave me the wrong one and I had to ask again. Please treat all customers with kindness and don’t assume we work there because we rely on you to manage your hospitality not the other way around.

First I want to let it be known Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and I dine in there a lot now this location messed up my order last time (undercooked chicken) but I decided to give them another try. I ordered the same exact thing (chicken scampi) waited for about 25 minutes before it came out with undercooked chicken again. They remade it and brung out this dry pasta with no sauce and almost near burnt chicken. Was told the cook was mad because I said my chicken was undercooked. In which when you looked at it you could tell it was before I even decided to take a bite of it.

I came for a valentines dinner and it was terrible. I think they serve something similar to tv dinners. The chicken patties were microwaved so bad they were to hard to eat. The lasagna was cooked flat. Nothing looked like the picture on the menu. It was terrible.

My husband and I came on yesterday. It was my first time dining at this location and first time in years eating at Olive Garden. The food was great especially fried lasagna. However, our waitress Nykia was amazing. She was attentive and prompt. So much so we had to talk the manager who was also very pleasant. Overall great experience and we will be back.

I don’t know why I keep trying to give this location a chance, but I was in the area & wanted something I could order quick. Yeah right, my order should have been ready 15 minutes b4 I arrived (learned my lesson b4), still had to wait 18 minutes while the attendant went to a car that wasn’t there as long as I was 1st, didn’t apologize & looks like I was charged a dinner price for a lunch portion that was overcooked with very light sauce. The take out $6 pasta had too much sauce (couldn’t eat, was not frozen or cold). Do yourself a favor, go to another location that knows how to get it right.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was all very good. Olive act6has some pretty great food, despite people online crapping on it, but it’s definitely overpriced for what you get. They really nickel and dime you additions to your food. I haven’t been in probably close to two years, but overall I was satisfied. Service was pretty good, she refilled several times, food came when it should and they were courteous. Food was hot, tasted good and I was very full when I left. Men’s bathroom was literally disgusting, the urinals were covered in mildew and weren’t dealing right, so water splashed everywhere. Drinks were okay, but overpriced and weak. Wife, son and myself was 120 before tip for 3 entrees and 4 alcoholic drinks, so not crazy, but still too much. I’ll still go again because Douglasville sucks for availability of Italian food, you’ve got Olive Garden or Carrabba’s or pizza shops. I actually prefer Olive Garden over Carrabba’s though, mainly for the salad and the portion sizes. I like Carrabba’s for the bread and olive oil/pepper, but they’re slight more expensive with smaller portions that aren’t any better than Olive Garden. Anyway, despite the complaints, we had a good meal with decent service and enjoyed ourselves, would still recommend overall

Had a small group there for a birthday party. The manager and staff was amazing! The food was as ordered and hot. The waitress was as sweet as apple pie!! Everyone was patient and kind.
While there an elderly lady fell in the restroom. The manager and staff were also amazing with this incident.
