Would recommend Octopus grilled in oil. It’s cooked to be so soft on the inside but the suckers are very try crispy. Definitely the highlight!
Paella rice was so delicious and they nailed the mussels here.
Seafood definitely overshadowed the patatas bravas.
They offer free two hour parking at nearby garage!
The seasoning was spot on, with a beautiful balance of smoky paprika and a touch of olive oil. It was simple yet packed with such rich flavor—exactly what you want from a great dish like this.
Beyond the octopus, the whole experience at Lola Tapas was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet lively, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or a special date night. The menu offered a great variety of other dishes, from crispy croquettes to savory chorizo, but that octopus? It stole the show.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants to indulge in an authentic Spanish meal right here in town. Can’t wait to go back!
The swordfish was another dish they mastered. I find that many places overcook the swordfish, but not here, it was perfectly moist and rich in juices.
I tried the scallops but I would never… ever… ever order that again. That was the strangest combination of flavors the world may have ever seen. It was like a fruity sauce with nuts and 4 scallops for like 25 dollars. Definitely stay away from that concoction.
Anyway, their sangria, espresso martinis and bar are always amazing.
The service is always on point from beginning to end and that’s why it will stay a staple for me.
We order the paella marinera with lobster and Also white sangria ( yes I had more than one )
The other dish I forgot the name pics here for reference.
Oh and don’t forget to try their bread ! With olive oil and add salt and your are set.
Dessert good selection but we didn’t order any.
